Provencal style villa with lots of charm. Absolute calm. Panoramic 180 degree views, not overlooked. No busy roads nearby. Serenity in the heart of the Cot d’Azur and away from the summer crowds (Cannes and Saint Paul de Vence are at 15km).

The house has two terraces. On the ground floor you will find a pool and a garage, upstairs is the single storey villa, everything is connected by an external staircase made of stone.
Very well equipped, perfect to spend a carefree holiday. The thick walls keep the house cool during summer. You can eat al fresco on the two terraces while contemplating the beauty of Grasse, the capital of perfumes in the world. There is a beautiful enclosed park with trees (centenary olive trees, palm trees, laurel, citrus, aloe and other rare species). Those who love nature will find happiness.

We had a pleasant stay in Grasse. The location is beautiful and peaceful, and the house provided everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The AC for example was a blessing!The property is showing some signs of ‘wear and tear’. During our stay, we encountered a few issues that required attention or repair. Fortunately, the host was always quick to respond to our messages and handled the reported issues professionally and thoughtfully. Communication throughout our stay was friendly, clear, and efficient.Thanks to his responsiveness and commitment to resolving problems, the issues were addressed promptly, allowing us to fully enjoy our holiday. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and particularly appreciated monsieur Philippe’s excellent communication and attentive support as a host.Merci beaucoup!

Wir können es kurz machen: Was frühere Gäste auf diese Seite an positiven Bewertungen hinterlassen haben, trifft zu 100 Prozent zu. Für unsere Bedürfnisse und Ansprüche - Grosseltern, Eltern, Kleinkind, Hund - war einfach alles perfekt in der schmucken Villa auf Peyloubette: Lage, Umgebung, Pool, Zimmeraufteilung, Küche, Komfort, Ausstattung, Service durch die Gastgeber - ideal auch die Bedingungen für die einjährige Enkelin und die dreijährige Mopsdame. So charmante, unbeschwerte und problemlose Ferien haben wir im Süden schon lange nicht mehr genossen. 10 Punkte auf einer Skala von 10!
