The tent is spacious and quiet, and the folks around me were very nice.
Nothing much apart from the awkward first night as I didn't know what to expect without needing a sleeping bag until the following morning, where I have to have a towel wrapped round me and it was uncomfortable. So I didn't get enough sleep. So I then bought the sleeping bag and a few more nights were better as I was able to get some goodnights sleep.

The tent was spacious and bed very comfortable. Beautiful situation with lovely views and an easy walk into Swanage. Lovely staff and adequate facilities.

The location is good, easy to walk into swanage and the SW coast path. The firepit and wood was very nice.
There are a lot of permanent residents on site, it didn't feel like a holiday camp site really and these pitches and caravans look run down and messy and doesn't create a good image when driving through. The toilet facilities although new, we're not very clean, nor was there enough causing queues which was not ideal.
