Friendly personnel, good AC, quiet

Food prices are high compared to restaurants around. Imposible to take a shower in the second floor room. The water was just dribbling. We had to take the shower in Leon. Direct booking wS impossible, nobody answered the phone two days in a row

I had a relaxing time and the food was amazing.

Safe parking, perfect location not too far from the capital and the roads are in good state. Loved the location literally in front of the beach, the balcony did not disappoint. Staff was welcoming and nice. The bed was firm and comfortable. The food was the highlight of everything!

The pool could be cleaned twice a day if it’s a busy weekend..

Great little beach front hotel. Recommended

Cute little beach hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean though a bit small. We ate our meals there and the food is very good. The wait staff were super friendly and efficient. Try to get an upstairs front room.

Didn’t bother us but Saturday and Sunday are extremely busy with day trippers who are gone by evening. Week days very peaceful

The Aaki hotel is a jewel in Nicaragua, excellent service, very friendly employees, always smiling. It was a very pleasant stay, nothing to envy to a luxury hotel anywhere in the world, we leave with the desire to return soon thanks to all the staff.

Amazing place ! We would always come back

Amazing Hotel right at the beach, we had a beautiful rooms, very clean and amazing view. Breakfast very generous (especially compared to the average nica acommodation) and lovely staff always attentive and friendly!

There was a little bit of a weird smell from the (otherwise beautiful) bathroom sink, but we didnt care much about it. Prices in the restaurant are a little higher than in the village but it is worth the beauty and tranquility of this place and you can always go out for dinner to the 'centre' 15 min by foot

The service , the waiters are very UNFRIENDLY AND RIGID . Staff needs to relax and pay attention to details while service 😒 Franklyn is great ! Yoselin is a 5 ⭐️ She understand service and her guests .

The view was spectacular, the bed was phenomenal (best I have had in Nicaragua) the staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room and hotel. My stay was extremely relaxing. I would definitely go back again!

Menu is quite small, they were out of a lot of things and location had a decent view.

Rooms had nice working AC and were spacious

There were a lot of bugs all over the place, on the bed, bathroom, and flys everywhere.

No breakfast for people who woke up late. Pool is closed by 12. shower is very very small. too expensive for what it offers. the price includes breakfast and we lost it.

Amazing Five Star Stay

Everything about this hotel was amazing, from location, to well appointed rooms with a view to the ocean, and a nice beach. Everyone provided great service, from the reception personnel, to the friendly kitchen staff. Did I mention how delicious the food was, yes it was delicious. Tony the caretaker was incredible from arrival to departure, and took great care of us throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying at this lovely hotel!

Book at this place. You won't disappointed.

Location is everything when you are on vacation, and hands down this place was awesome. Loved the location. The staff, the ambience. The food and service was great. Already planning to come back. I was sad to just have gotten one night. Will stay longer next time.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff's attentions were very good and the hotel was very clean and tidy.

Swimming in the sea is not good, the terrain and waves do not help, we had to move to Poneloya to enjoy the sea

Perfect beach get away at a great location and nice staff.

Location location location. The hotel was right on the beach and offered comfortable beautiful rooms with a view. We loved the pool and that you could order food/drinks all in house.
