Had a very pleasant stay here. The customer service is excellent, and the location is prime, right near the Ooty Rose Garden. The view of the rose garden from our room was absolutely beautiful.
The room was clean, neat, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities, including a wardrobe, TV, intercom, water heater, sofas, table, makeup table with a large mirror, water heater and mixer. The toilet was also neat and clean.
The staff were always attentive, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant offers a decent selection of food, and room delivery is available, which was very convenient. Parking is also available near the premises.
Another plus point for Malayali travellers is that the staff are comfortable communicating in Malayalam and English, and Tamil and Hindi are also helpful.
Overall, a very good stay in Ooty, especially if you want to stay close to the Rose Garden with easy access to Ooty town and nearby attractions.
Highly recommended, especially for families and Malayali travellers!
