The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of food. The location was very convenient, especially being close to the airport, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.
The main area for improvement would be the lack of a lift. We were initially placed on the third floor, which made carrying luggage and accessing the room quite difficult. A lift would make the hotel much more accessible and convenient, particularly for guests with mobility difficulties or heavy luggage.

The room was a good size. It had everything you need including a balcony overlooking the pool. The gardens are manicured. Overall it is a lovely place to stay. The food was good with a good variety. The airport shuttle is a bonus.

What a fantastic hotel! Beautiful rooms, fabulous art work, friendly staff, comfortable beds, good showers, excellent massages and a lush outdoor pool. The breakfast was around £10 and one of the best I have had anywhere in the world! I really hope to come back here and enjoy another lovely stay. Thank you!

The location was nice to/from airport - in terms of local hotel options, the "boutique" side of it was appealing. The restaurant / bar were solid, with great food options. The room I had was huge, but definitely needed an update!
The general response from staff... my room was not cleaned, my room service was not picked up (left overnight outside my door), it took 45 minutes to deliver a soda, and when I arrived to my room the window was open slightly (mosquitoes) and the sliding glass doors were unlocked.
