The swimming pool is nice and well organised (sun lounger + towel). The room was correct.
I had to wait 30 min at the airport for the shuttle. Apparently, I was not registered on their schedule. We were missing some towels in the room (other guests complained too).

The lunch and dinner was excellent.
The breakfast was superb!
The overall staff was so friendly, always ready to assist.
The transfers from the airport was well arranged and a pleasant ride.
The only minor drawback was the drinking water policy. Given that tap water isn't safe for drinking due to local infrastructure, providing more complimentary bottled water would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Excellent standards in room quality and cleanliness. Food very good, staff very nice.
Location is good for the airport but not if you want to visit the sites in the downtown areas

The location was nice to/from airport - in terms of local hotel options, the "boutique" side of it was appealing. The restaurant / bar were solid, with great food options. The room I had was huge, but definitely needed an update!
The general response from staff... my room was not cleaned, my room service was not picked up (left overnight outside my door), it took 45 minutes to deliver a soda, and when I arrived to my room the window was open slightly (mosquitoes) and the sliding glass doors were unlocked.
