The property was beautiful, but the service wasn't up to the mark. The room wasn't properly readied for checkin when we arrived and for every little thing we had to call the front desk several times.
The food and the response time of the staff.

Property on the whole looks great. People were warm and kind.
Weekday services were bad. Particularly on the restaurant. Food options were almost zero. It was more like an Airbnb than a resort. Also the swimming pool not well managed.

Clean n simple
No wifi, no phone signals, no intercom too... n the food they provide is very basic but its good like home food
