Enjoyable holiday for young friends.

The property was spacious, well equipped, comfortable and in a great location. Once our plane landed and we collected our luggage, our driver was waiting to take us to the accommodation. Once arrived at the accommodation, our driver gave us a run down of how to use the included buggy and information about the island and accommodation. The property was clean and modern. There was a guest swimming pool and ample parking for all the included buggy’s. At the end of our stay, we received a text the day before with instructions on our shuttle to the airport.

The layout of the second bedroom could be a bit better.

We hope to go back!

The location was exceptional, it was clean and everything was very comfortable. Although a little late to collect us (not his fault), the valet was delightful and everything went super smoothly. Even when our flight was delayed, he was great with communication and we were able to stay in the apartment until after midday and keep the buggy.

The doors to the balcony are very hard to open. We'd seen this in other feedback and thought people may have been being precious but they were hard to open and close from the lounge and the bedroom. A couple of small things: - Some more plates would be useful. We had to wash dishes/put the dishwasher on after every meal. Plates are so cheap, maybe just throw in another set for convenience. - There was no baking dish (at all) so I had to bake potatoes in the saucepan which was new and not overly successful.

It was a relaxing and chilled holiday.

Loved the location and the view

The only thing I would suggest is maybe upgrading the buggy as it broke down on the first night we were there. We got a replacement which was handy. Once it was fixed we got the buggy back however going up the hills it was very slow.

Beautiful location in comfortable apartment 102.

We loved the location of Poinciana 102 being half way between the marina and Catseye. It was a short walk to both. Beautiful quiet spot nestled on the hill with beautiful views, lots of birds and wallabies to observe. The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished and well equipped.

We would have liked some additional towels for our seven night stay (and perhaps an old towel to wipe down the golf buggy seat after rain). However, we were able to use the washing machine to give them a wash half way through.

Excellent family holiday in a great apartment located centrally to everything.

The property is in a great location. Only a short walk to either marina or beach. It had a great view towards the headland. Great to have use of buggy. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you need to make your stay comfortable making it spectacular for sunrise and sunset. Excellent valet service for pick up and drop off to airport.

Lack of information on property such as instructions for using appliances, island facilities map, contact information of property manager. Beds and pillows are a little uncomfortable.

Location.

Second room door is damaged without a track to close properly, no privacy for second couple. BBQ ignition knob is already damaged cannot turn on. Front door is a bit hard to open. The unit need a good tlc for the price we pay. Other than tlc everything is good. Shower gel is empty when arrive.

Loved the location, views, and buggy included. The property's own pool is also great... shaded and secluded away from the crowds. Staff were super helpful when we told them several lights/remotes needed new globes/batteries. Valet pickup and drop back to airport were great and we were very thankful for the late checkout.

Not keen on not having a door on the ensuite bathroom. Buggy's perhaps in need an upgrade or service as really struggled up hills. A coffee machine or plunger and a sandwich toaster would be great additions to the kitchen.

It could have been a little cleaner. The doors to the second bedroom didn’t close properly. Buggy needs a new battery it really struggles getting up the hills even when there was only 1 person in it.

An amazing experience

The Location and use of Buggy for transport was great. Spacious apartment and kitchen well equipped. Air conditioning essential and transport to and from airport very convenient.

The balcony furniture and barbecue were a little grubby.. A guest book explaining how to operate cooker and washing machine would have been helpful.

Location and hosts were a 10 out of 10. From the communication prior to arrival, to pick up at the airport and anything we needed was responded to immediately. The location was perfect, the space was perfect.

There were small ants all over the apartment, from the kitchen, to the lounge room, bedroom and bathroom. We were wiping down everything multiple times a day and even spraying insect spray. Also there was so mcuh dust in certain places, like the curtains in the main bedroom. My kids suffer from allergies, so this became a problem and again we needed to wipe down what we could. Honestly, I would stay again but would ask that a deep clean is carried out including all the kitchen appliances, cookware and dinnerware.

The friendly staff who picked us up and collected us from the airport and provided our buggies. Also the staff member I contacted regarding the poor facilities via the Booking.com app was very helpful.

The request for a trundle bed was agreed upon before confirmation of booking only to find a poor quality single mattress on the floor was provided with no single bedding. The balcony doors didn't lock, the curtains were missing letting in early light into the bedroom and lounge where my young son had to sleep on the floor. Only 1 hot shower at a time and the BBQ had broken switches causing a small fire! These are all extremely simple maintenence fixes which should be kept up to scratch considering the amount paid to stay there. We should have stayed at the Reef for half the rpice where we could also have 2 queen beds, a trundle, great facilities, kids eat free, breakfast included as well as free hire of the beach activities.

flies everywhere. all over our food. we had to spray the apartment everyday and throw out all the food we bought. The dryer turns on but doesn’t start. The furniture wasn’t clean.

very overpriced and very disappointed.

The location was the only positive aspect of this property.

The property was not reflective of the photos provided in the add and I’m guessing were 5-10 years old. The property was tired, grubby and the outdoor bbq was too dangerous to use as once the gas was turned on it was free flowing through the bbq as the on/off knobs were not controlling the gas delivery. We have several photo’s supporting these comments and will be following up separately. Upon arrival we had to scrub frying pan and other dishes as they were dirty. The seatbelt in the back seat of the buggy was intermittently malfunctioning throughout the week we were there.

A beautiful quiet spot to stay with family or friends!

The views, quiet location, kitchen facilities, buggy, the space.

No door in the bathroom ensuite, air conditioner remotes a little glitchy , the buggy had an odd noise & wouldn’t charge.

Beautiful setting - well equipped apartment - great stay Having use of the buggy was great.

All good - but there could have been a little more communication around checking out. We were not sure what was required or how we were getting to airport etc. It was fine after we made contact and asked on the last night there.

Great location and value for money, but in need of updates.

The location was excellent. Easy to get to all the main parts of the island. The inclusion on the golf cart was great.

The property was tired and needs a freshen up. The facilities were dated and the cleaning was not thorough. In particular the porta cot was disgusting and we chose to not sleep our 6 month old in it.
