had to insist so they refilled the swimming pool after 1 day of emptying it and waited to clean it

The room was decent and comfortable. Apart from the room, there wasn’t much that I found satisfactory.
The bathroom/washroom condition was very poor and the facilities were below expectations. The AC remote was not working properly, and the TV was also not working. Overall, the bathroom facilities especially need significant improvement.
