The room location and privacy
I was on the end where the neighbor had barking dogs. So it wasn’t as quiet sometimes.

The grounds are beautiful and well kept.
The staff are friendly and ready to stop and listen.
I enjoyed the breakfast.
The standard room I got was old. Curtains askew in need of repair. Visible rust on the window frame in the bathroom which also had some cracked tiles. The shower water was not draining well. The sink was old..
