Exceptional

like last time already experienced, very nice host, excellent situated Appartement just across the beach, all necessary equipment is available and works well. Garden terrace allows even eating "en plein air" or having a glass of wine outside enjoying the sundawn. We will gladly return in future!

Perfect location, just across the road from beach. Easy walk into shops and bars. Apartment was clean, modern furniture including a washing machine and dishwasher. Lovely outdoor space to sit and watch sunset.

Awesome stay! To come back eventually for sure!

Perfect location close to everything. Best beach spot is just in front! Apt very organized and has a nice terrace with all the convenience to profit from the beach. The Nespresso machine is very good.

Not really a fault of the apartment, but it was sometimes noisy overnight due to some guys doing their small parties in front of the beach. Bring your earplugs just in case... People also drive like crazy in Juan-les-Pins, so the avenue in front is dangerous if you have small kids. You can however close/lock the garden gate such that kids cannot escape, so not really a showstopper.

Location location location

It’s a great studio apartment in a fabulous location just over the main road from the beach. It’s also outside the main town area which makes it quite relaxing compared to the hustle and bustle there although the road outside is a main road so is in constant use. The studio has everything you need during your stay including coffee supplies which always come in handy as you can have a quick morning coffee then go straight into the sea for a swim! Lovely way to start the day. There is a lovely little veranda perfect for an evening drink admiring the view and the sunset!

Think the description needs updating on booking.com to reflect that it a studio not a 1 bed apartment and to highlight the cash deposit needed, which for me was more than the cost of the stay. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and well handled though. The 2 beds are 1 pull down bed with no room either side and a sofa bed. They aren’t proper beds and are not comfortable and could probably be updated. Overall there’s not a lot of room but luckily there were only 2 of us.
