The resort does give a the forest resort vibe. The rooms decor, gardens, pool etc are aesthetically done. The staff is polite and courteous. The fan heaters were helpful in the winter.
The choice on the food menu was limited and not available. We had to change the order twice. The rooms were cold, and the hot water was not available so we had to change the room.

The room space and overall vibe
The property charges extra 5000 through another booking centre and then asked to pay again. The money is still debited and I haven’t got it back.
