I didn’t even stay. Looked at the room and immediately left because what is advertised is not what they have

Roaches crawling out of refrigerator. Pictures shown are not what the room looks like at all!!!

Absolutely nothing.

I booked this room and someone from the hotel called and texted me that the hotel had been overbooked and my reservation was being canceled and the fee would be waived. I then made other arrangements elsewhere. A couple day passed and I noticed on my app that the reservation was still listed as "confirmed" so I contacted the hotel to made sure they had canceled it so I would not be charged a fee. They had not actually canceled the room as they previously stated. They told me they "can't cancel or waive any fee" even though they had told me that was already happening just days prior. I sent them screenshots of the text and was calling the phone number that had texted me directly to ensure it was from the hotel. I ended up being charged a fee and tried to contact the hotel multiple times to be refunded. I was told each time that someone would call me back about the issue and no one ever called.

Absolutely nothing,the only thing good about this place is that it was less than a mile away from my job.

The room was outdated, small and I saw several roaches and on top of that the new lady that was brought in to run the place called me at 830 at night and told me I was going to have to pay for a extra night or get out in 20 minutes even though I was checking out on that day. When I tried to refuse my friend went to the office and she began to tell him that I was in the office talking bad about him and I was planning on sneaking away and leaving him thank God he didn't believe her, but she could have gotten a lot of trouble started by lying I'm glad he is not abusive ir she could have gotten me hurt or anything. The place says they are thoroughly cleaned trust me they are not. Don't waste your money here

Ms.Laqeunta is very professional, I see staff here cleaning up everyday

I have seen a few bugs , needs to be sprayed once or twice a month, I don't think it's from the hotel but maybe prior guests...

TERRIBLE

NOTHING!

Well, I should’ve know by the RUDE staff it was going to be terrible. We got in our room and found ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!!! Crawling all over the walls. The smell of marijuana would knock you out when you stepped outside. I was staying for 9 days due to my daughters open heart surgery being at Children’s hospital, but had to leave because I couldn’t deal with the roach infestation. The room was nasty. 10/10 would not recommend. I wouldn’t even let my dog sleep in there.

the worst place I’ve ever stayed

rude desk lady, gave me a dirty room and said it was all she had available-stopped up toilet, trash, shower leaks, beeping sample detector. they wouldn’t fix toilet so I had to buy a plunger and do it every day for 2 weeks. the worst place I’ve ever stayed ! I should get a full refund !!’

It was decent.

The location is good, very quiet atmosphere and environment.

Rooms did not look like pictures from website even though you say it was upgraded. Staff could be a bit more hospitable. There isn’t a way to handle serious issues after 7 p.m. I had a key become inactive after 7, had to wait until 11 a.m. to get into a room prepaid for the week..

I liked it when we left. We were planning on staying 2 weeks, but because of the circumstances we cut that short.

You have to clean your own towels. They supply you with one set . After that if you continue to stay you must wash your own towels and take out your own trash!!! Also, the room was very dated.....old style. Nothing in the room was updated.... except for the television. It looked old and drab on the inside. The beds were uncomfortable as well and that's because they used cot-like beds with some type of mattress on top. It was very uncomfortable because when you moved the mattress moved as well.

I would not recommend the Oxmoor Rd branch

Beds were comfortable, showers were a good size, room was decent size, staff was friendly.

I was constantly killing roaches. Office was closed half of the time. Cabinets and furnishings were poorly maintained. The windows were coated in black filth. The microwave almost electrocuted me....Orkin is terrible with bug control.

I didn’t like it at all the people who been staying there stand outside saving people parking spots and make you move so I won’t be coming back I also don’t like how the staff never had house keeping come to my room to give me toilet paper or clean towels I had to go buy some and I also didn’t like how they say their open until 7 but left at 3 I will never stay at this location ever again really would like my money back the room had bugs!!
