Cozy house with everything you need for a nice stay. Near Amsterdamse Bos and 7 minutes by bike to Dekmantel festival.

Not as clean as it should be, some hairs on the beds and we had to clean the toilet due to icky state.

Clean, comfortable and close to public transport. They were incredibly helpful and responsive when asking questions.

Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns als kleine Familie. Schön ausserhalb von Amsterdam. Wir sind 15 Minuten mit dem Auto bis zu einer Metro Station gefahren. Für uns war das perfekt so. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich hinterlassen. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war auch sehr gut.

Irritierend ist der Eintrag in Booking, da immer über ein Haus gesprochen wird, es sich aber tatsächlich um ein Apartment im Untergeschoss handelte. Nicht schlimm in unserem Fall. Aber evtl. sollte dieser Eintrag überarbeitet werden. Es liegt in einem Misch-Gebiet (Wohn- und Industriegegend). In unserem Fall aufgrund der Feiertage kein Problem. Wir wissen natürlich nicht, wie ruhig es sonst ist.

Good location, 5 minutes' drive to the shop, barrier-free access, well-equipped kitchen.

The windows could not be opened to ventilate because they were locked. We had to keep the door open for some time. The accommodation was only cleaned lightly. Changed bed linen, washed towels, and vacuumed. However, it was quite dusty, which was mainly visible on the artificial flowers. We did not bring slippers with us, as we expected a clean floor, but our socks were immediately dirty. It was the worst in the bathroom. There was limescale everywhere: on the drains in the sinks, on the taps. The worst thing was the shower. Both shower heads had a lot of limescale - I mean, it was cleaned so long ago that the limescale was brown. There was mold on the floor. The accommodation was quite new, but these are things to be careful of. To be honest, I have never experienced this in any accommodation before. After booking, you will receive several pages of instructions on how to behave in the accommodation and how to leave it clean after your departure. I feel that half of the "cleanliness" is provided by the previous guests. The instructions also stated that we would receive laundry detergent capsules, 30 ml of shampoo and shower gel, and a bar of soap. These were nowhere to be found. Thank God we didn't rely on it.
