Situated in Okaloosa Island, this attractive condo for $494 per night is a great choice for your next trip. FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! There's no mistaking that you are in a beach paradise in this lovely condo. It has several beach-themed decorative accessories, including shells, dolphins, mermaids, lighthouses, birds, and seahorses. It also has various framed pictures of sealife and beach scenes. Additionally, you can listen to the sounds of the waves on the large balcony or even while inside the unit. Accommodations include a king bed in the bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom, a sleeper sofa, , offering space for up to six guests total. The bedrooms are a great place to relax with newly updated bedrooms! Other features include a full-size washer and dryer in the utility closet, a full kitchen, a counter area in the hallway, and of course the wrap-around balcony. Unit was nicely remodeled and equipped. We would consider location again . Siding glass door and handle needs some attention. Difficult to open and close. The beach service needs some coaching about customer service and who is the the customer. We raised our umbrella up about foot so we wouldn’t hit our head. The young man came over and told us his boss told him he had to lower the umbrella. What?

Property was exactly as listed. Perfect location with low volume condo on both sides. Left beach access easy and no issues with crowding. Condo was immaculate with plenty of space for family and all furniture and appliances were in perfect working order. Beach chair service was perfect addition to rental and the city cleans beach daily for perfect white sand and water that is crystal clear. Close enough to Destin for entertainment off the beach but removed from crowds for full relaxation. Will definitely stay again!

503 was absolutely awesome. It’s the first rental that was the cleanest and best stocked! Heather left nothing to be cleaned. This person is an absolute pro at her job. Thank you heather!!! I wanted for nothing when it came to kitchen utensils and appliances!!! We had plenty of towels for our stay. The condo itself is perfect with upgrades wise choices for comfort and decor. We will definitely want this rental in the future. Brooks and Shorey are the best managers!!! They are always a delight to speak to and always on to of any issues. Thank you so much for our great relaxing time!!!

I have no complaints about the rental unit itself. It was probably the cleanest rental that we have ever had! Beautiful ocean view and easy walk to the beach.
Our only issue was the building construction. We were made aware by the property manager that the parking lot was under construction, but we’re told it shouldn’t be any kind of inconvenience, just a little messy. The only issue we found with this was having to walk over dirty painters tarps trying to get in and out of the building. However, several of the other units were also being renovated, which led to significant noise and mess. The internet was disconnected several times. The mess wouldn’t have been such a big deal if we didn’t have a toddler who picked up a razor blade, paint chips and a screw that were left laying in the walkway.

Beautiful place to stay for anyone looking to get away on the water without extreme crowds!! Wonderful stay with 2 infants! The rooftop pool was such a bonus!

Clean, stocked and cute!
This condo is super cute, super clean and had everything we needed for our beach vacay. There were plenty of towels and extra trash bags so I didn’t have to use any I brought. Plenty of storage if you like to unpack all your stuff. The kitchen had every utensil necessary and was modern. The balcony was the perfect size to have the family out in the mornings or evenings and gaze at the crashing waves. We would have liked a few more blankets but that didn’t make it a negative a stay at all. The master toilet/shower room is cramped but it fulfilled its purpose and you aren’t in there long anyway. Highly recommend using the Explorie options available to you as we LOVED the Cattywampus dolphin/snorkeling tour. We also never had an issue getting the beach chairs provided which was so great. The condo next door is closed for renovations so maybe that will make it busier once it opens. The rooftop pool was different, fun and clean. It was quiet during our stay as well. The property manager called to let us know we could check in early but we weren’t there yet but that was nice. I totally recommend this property!

One issue we did have was another occupant in 103 smoking on the balcony. I'm not sure if that's allowed, but it limited our use of our balcony due to the smell. Also, one of the occupants of Dune Pointe on the first floor played loud music all day and into the night (past 11 p.m.) The pool filter wasn't running for some reason and the water needed it. A little buggy.

This is a clean, updated, and nicely equipped oceanfront condo with views that can't be beat! I could just live on the balcony but the beach is easy access with two chairs and and umbrella ready for your lounging pleasure from about 9-4 each day. The longest part of your journey to the beach from the unit is getting down the five stories to the ground then a short boardwalk ushers you onto the sugar like sand for a total transit of 2-3 minutes tops. There are maybe 18 units in the whole building and so it has never felt crowded during our two stays here on the beach or in the elevator/stairs of the building. Book it but please just don't take our dates!

Our stay at Gulfside 503 was better than we even imagined. The unit was exactly as presented but the magnificent balcony and view took it over the top. We needed a peaceful, quiet retreat and we got exactly that. Everything in the unit was awesome. We will definately be back.

Can’t wait to go back!
It was the first time bringing our 2 year old to the beach. We absolutely loved the location and the room was beautiful and clean! Had everything we needed! The beach is also so close! We loved that we didn’t have to walk very far at all to get there. We definitely will be returning and we can’t wait!!

The finishes looked updated with nice laminate flooring, marble counters, and new appliances. The only issue we had was that the kitchen faucet didn’t work well and was loose from the counter.
