The apartment is great! Very clean, very quiet, recently renovated, modern, has an elevator, air conditioning and safe underground public parking at Gray d'Albion is 5 minutes away. The beach, the Palais and everything else is very close, the location is top notch. There is a huge Mono supermarket just across the street, KFC is 2 minutes away right next to the bus and train station. Don't be put off by the insurance they request when booking. If you're civilized, clean and decent there's nothing to worry about. If you don't want to pay 350 Euros refundable insurance there is an option to pay around 39 Euros non-refundable and you're fine. You just have to take photos of the apartment when you arrive and when you leave and upload them on their platform.

Läget var väldigt bra från alla butiker och affärer. Liten promenad från stranden. Lägenheten var rymlig och modern. Köket välutrustat. Väldigt bra och hjälpsam personal. Välfungerande AC
Duschen översvämmade hela badrummet vilket var jobbigt och gick inte att undvika. Toaletten kunde rengjorts bättre inifrån. Strykjärnet släppte vita smulor och kunde inte användas på kläderna. Notera att det är en hel trappa upp till nästa våning för att komma till hissen vilket kan vara jobbigt med tunga väskor. Sängen var sned och böjdes neråt men hydras skön ändå. En helkroppsspegel fattades och hade uppskattas som tjejer.

The location is superb. Rue d'Antibes is around the corner and la croisette 5 min walk. The staff were helpful and instructions left were clear. The apartment was clean.
This is my first experience in an Air bnb so I missed having my room tidied everyday :) but it was okay. Also I would have preferred a queen bed instead of double beds.
