Avoid!

The view but that is the only positive thing

All, the furnitures were very old and broken, the Landry machine was broken and we had water everywhere and the reception was very aggressive

poor managment, very bad guest experience with the managent handeling our stay.

The house is good, but the management is the worst thing in the world! very unattentive. they took our deposit and on the checkout day they refused to send someone to check the house for damages before we leave so we can get our deposit back and they were like we do not have anyone to come check so you can eave and will check it after, which is unacceptable! and definalty a scam. there response was so disrespectful!

do not listen to them if they tell you not to use booking.com as this is they way theu will trick you. they will lie about your requests when you do them.

Great location and view over the golf courts and the sea. The property management are very helpful and highly responsive.

The house needs many things to make the stay more convenient; for example bathroom accessories (towel hangers, wall mount roll for toilet paper, curtain for the shower, etc). The house also needs an outdoor shade (like a garden umbrella) with decent weight to resist the wind, it will help to enjoy a morning sitting with a great view. The bedrooms don't have a full blackout curtain, so they become very lit with the sunlight once the sunrise starts.
