Hotel Centro is located in Shivaji Nagar which is an upscale neighborhood. The rooms were neat and clean, and amenities provided were thoughtful. Their in house restaurant 'Chirp' is amazing! We tried a lot of delicacies including the complimentary breakfast and none of them disappointed us. The staff were polite too.
Only thing that I can think of is the size of the rooms. The pictures gives you a feeling that the rooms are big enough, and that's a let down when you see it in real. Some rooms don't have any windows.

At this Hotel we've had a better spread in the past.
The bed is too soft. Firmer mattress required. I've mentioned this in the feedback that I gave after my earlier stay but no action taken.

location is very central and easy to explore around on feet.
one of booked room was not ready even though we check in at 1800lt in evening which is quite late after standard check in time. Also I requested to extend my check out for one of room till 1700LT due medical emergency but hotel staff didn't consider that and instead asked me for paying 40% of room charges for a day.

Chirp cafe is amazing. Location is wonderful

Rooms are cramped and now over the years it has become less vfm as compared to a few yearsback
