Close to downtown
The gym is too small. The linens and towels are not white. There is extra charge for extra towels. I got charged for the stains on the towels.

The location was fairly strategic, near Burnham Park, with many nearby food establishments. I also appreciated that the overnight front desk staff has helped me get a document printed—thanks for that. Lastly, I loved the fact that my room had windows I opened to have a great amount of Baguio air coming through my room!
The thing I did not like the most was the beddings/sheets. The pillows smelled funky including the duvet/comforter. It smelled like unwashed linen, unfortunately. Also, I ordered food from the Chinese restaurant and the food was served cold and the taste was a little off/bland.

Good location.
Clean enough.
Inexpensive.
Nothing terrible but it's just a bit soulless. Avoid an atrium view room as I was woken early each day by kids screaming and voices echoing round it.
