The staff was amazing and it was a great location! Also, the coffee hit the spot! Plus the board games in the lobby were nice!
Hot tub not being able to drain because of the plug wouldn’t come out. May need to explain this process to others.

I like how quiet it was near the hotel. Away from all the chaos of the city, but close enough to everything! Staff was also very helpful. Bed was comfortable, A/C worked great, shower was hot and jet tub filled up nicely.
Some of the breakfast was lower quality, but still yummy and easy to take to go for our early metro. Could easily hear people in the hallway, but not really their rooms, I don’t think. Tub/shower very slippery, and jets weren’t super clean. Lights were confusing. No conditioner, which is a bummer.

The location is really convenient and close to everything. We could reach the main attractions on foot. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. Although the hotel is in the city center, the sound insulation is good, so the noise from outside doesn’t bother you. The bed and pillows were also okay.
The room doesn’t look like the one shown in the pictures. The ceiling is too low, which makes the room feel cramped. In addition, the curtains don’t properly cover the window, so a lot of light comes into the room, making it difficult to sleep well. The breakfast was also disappointing and didn’t look like the pictures at all.
