Spacious room. Very nice staff member was available when needed (Lyudmila). Good towels. Comfy mattresses. Good location, near but not right in centro. And a fanstastic gelateria around the corner (Pappa Reale).
The noise level from people walking in the unit above, and visitors in the stairway, was quite unsatisfactory. The store-bought pastries are probably not worth offering. And although no problem for us, prospective guests should pay close attention to the room on Primo Piano having an External Bathroom, which is only mentioned in the fine print.
