Recommended old town flavour for your stop in Dhermi!

It is located in the middle of the beautiful old town. The room is spacious with lots of storage space, and our room had a beautiful view of the village and the sea!

Maybe the bed wasn't too comfortable but it wasn't too big of a deal. The owner/operator speaks Italian/Albanian only so it was quite difficult to ask questions - though we didn't need much, as it was only one night.

Nice stay in Dhermi Old Town. There is still room for improvement.

I loved the quietness and also the fact that it was newly reconstructed. Sheets were pretty clean and overall was a nice place. The owner was nice and welcoming. The view and location were pretty nice also. Right in the heart of the old town. Generally was a nice stay.

Although newly renovated ...many of the amenities were damaged or not properly fit maybe. like the shower door could not close for example. It was generally clean, the sheets and towels which are most important were clean, but the shower could be cleaner to be honest.

Exceptional

Very clean. There is no restaurant in place, but the landlord was very kind and suggested us a very good restaurant on the shore. The setting is extraordinary. An enormous view on the sea and the village is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen.

Good value

Good value for money. Room quite spacious. Peaceful environment. Parking quite close to the accommodation.

We had mosquitos in the room that made sleeping quite challenging. Even though we notified the owner in advance that we would have needed an hair dryer, he couldn’t find it; when he managed to find a very small one, it was broken. He gave us another small one, this time functional.

One of a handful of places worth staying in Dhermi.

New build house that conserve the local architecture with most of the room with mountain/ sea view. Staff is highly available and showed us around.

There was no breakfast.

Rooms were unclean(dirty).The bathroom smelled really bed. The towels were dirty.There was no breakfast. The owner asked for the money in advance-he gave some other guests better prices( he puts higher ones on booking). The location is good, but the way they manage the hotel is not.

Over all, its good value for money for a nice clean room to stay in.

The room was exactly as expected from pictures etc. It was minimal and tastefully done. The hosts were very welcoming.

When we went to check in there was literally nobody there. There was also no sign for the hotel so we were second guessing whether it was actually the hotel or not.. The hosts had gone to the beach, which I feel was a little irresponsible had they known guests were expected, and they werent answering the phone either when we reached. it wasted some time from precious day light and was quite hot so that wasnt appreciated. Also be mindful that you need a car to stay here as its not walkable at all from the beach or restaurants etc.

NO PARKING, SMALL ROOM AND VERY BAD COMMUNICATION. We were very disappointed. It was very hard to find since the hotel has no HOTEL sign. We were welcomed by a women who does not understand English at all, the communication was very hard. She had to call the owner that was on vacation in Italy to be able to check us in and understand what we were asking. We were expecting to have a bigger room then what we had, there was barely room to open our luggage. The location is not that close from the beach you need to drive 10min in the mountains to get to the beach, it's definitely NOT walking distance (like they mentioned on their description). We met some other tourist at the hotel that were very upset about the distance from the beach. We paid the amount at the hotel, the receptionist had no change, like NO change lol. She wanted the exact amount which we didn't have. It was already hard to communicate, it probably took us 15min to make her understand that we had no change. Also the biggest problem, THERE IS NO PARKING!! That was the hardest part, they told us to park around the hotel which is street parking and of course it is pretty busy. We had to park in front of a neighbors car, that's how bad it was. Also we were pretty sure, we booked with breakfast included but arriving there they told us that they don't do breakfast because of "covid" (lets blame it on the covid lol), every hotel in Dhermi has breakfast included lol and from what I know no one cares about covid here. This is my first review ever, I felt like I had to share this experience. I feel like it's a lot of false advertisement.
