About this house rental
Family friendly lake house conveniently located on the Lake of the Ozark's north shore. Dock usage available for a fee and boat rental is located just around the corner. This home is perfect for an entire family or for a large group. It offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fireplace, a hot tub, and it can sleep 15 comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with most "must have". cooking items and the pantry has some basics, seasoning, condiments, etc. Pantry has a take what you need, leave what you don't policy! Shelf in living room has family friendly. games, cards, and maybe a nice "vacationish" book or two. The outdoor area is amazing for hanging out and relaxing. Corn hole is provided and patios offer the most amazing views of the lake. *Recent renovations include: new stairs to dock, new decking, patios, and railings. Brand new shower with multiple shower heads and body sprayers. We also completely replaced the electric fire place and installed new carpet in the living room. Perfect for fireside family time, game night, or reading. Recent renovations include painted white cabinets, shampooed carpets, and Owner’s suite now has its own private full bathroom!

Thia property was exactly what we needed and more. The quantity of rooms and beds were perfect. The home is very clean and comfortable. The house offers a hottub which was very clean and ready for use, as well as a wide range of seating outside. 10/10 recommend this house.

Very nice for warm weather getaway. We were there over Christmas, so the great outdoors aspect was minimal.
The only real negative was family room was a small, tight space for a 5 bedroom home. But it’s a pretty setting. Nice kitchen. The young adults enjoyed a late night hot tub and we fished right off the dock.

Property was clean, beds were so comfortable. Plenty of linens and towels provided. Lots of space to enjoy time with family. Host was easy to reach. Kind regarding a small mishap with my son. My family enjoyed it. Hope to stay next Thanksgiving.

We all rode motorcycles down from Blue Springs MO to the house. Arrived later than we expected due to work issues, but the place was GREAT! We sat in the hot tub after a long ride and it did wonders. Beds and house were comfortable and welcoming.
On the second day we had inclement weather coming in and the owners came out and allowed us to park bikes in garage to avoid any damage!!
That was above and beyond anything we expected!! We will be coming back next year for bike fest and look forward to staying there.

Our trip to this lake house was truly amazing. The house was absolutely beautiful. The house was clean and everything in the pictures was accurate. My family and I had so much fun. Everything there at the property made the trip incredible. Even though we were on vacation it was a home feeling

Our family of 13 had a great time! The house, outside space, and dock was perfect for the age of our kids......letting them spend the day playing in the water. I would choose this location again.

We had an amazing stay at this house. They were phenomenal with communication and accommodated us for everything we needed. There was everything we needed to cook and grill meals at the house. The outside area was the best of the house - the multiple decks, hot tub, bags sets, swimming dock, lily pad, kayaks gave us plenty to do along with just relaxing. We will be back!

Great experience. Our first time at LOZO. So much fun fishing on the dock! We also did hiking and biking and everything is within 30min drive. definitely want to come back!

The lake is beautiful, the house was great - had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and enjoyed a fire. Would like to visit again sometime in summer and see the lake come alive

We meet here with family from all over. The 5 bedrooms (1 king on main level, 2 kings upstairs, 1 double upstairs, bunk room upstairs) worked perfect for the family! Kitchen and dining area were large enough to include everyone! living room is small but the additional space on the two story deck made up for that!
Kitchen was stocked with lots of tools and needed items! being Thanksgiving, it was a little short on baking pans but we brought a few at the store.
Cabin closest enough to stores and restaurants to make easy runs into town. Host was very responsive to any questions!!

Awesome time with friends at the lake. The property was clean, had ample parking, and a huge amount of deck space. We loved spending time in the hot tub and hanging out by the lake. We had a great time!

What a beautiful home with stunning views and wonderful hosts! We absolutely loved our stay here in Lake of the Ozarks.
The VRBO was extremely clean, had everything we needed onsite and was in the perfect location. The host was excellent at communicating with us before and during our stay and provided clear check in and check out instructions. She provided us with the opportunity for early check in which was greatly appreciated as we had been traveling all day!
The location is very close to grocery stores (13 short minutes to Walmart), convenience stores within a few short miles, restaurants and downtown also a short drive by car or boat! The location is down a private drive, the neighbors that we saw were very nice and we felt extremely safe in our location (as a small group of girls this was very important to us).
The dock and water area was even more than we expected! We used the lily pad every single day and floated in the hot tub at night. You wouldn’t need to leave the VRBO if you didn’t want to as it has everything on site to keep you entertained!

Enjoyed our time!
We definitely enjoyed our weekend together at the lake. There were enough beds and room for sleeping but the living room is smaller than pictured. We had 12 people and we could not fit on the furniture and/or the floor together. The dock also had constant waves. The AC also went out during our stay so we hung outside most of the time. There is plenty of outdoor space but be prepared to climb stairs where ever you go.
Overall we enjoyed the stay at the lake.

This house had everything we needed! The hot tub was excellent with a great view for a morning or evening soak. I loved all of the balconies! Bedrooms were fantastic. We were there during March so we didn’t use the lake access or boats but I can imagine how amazing it would be in the summer!!!

Our stay at this property was exactly what we needed. There were 5 couples in our group and we had more than enough room. Kitchen was adequate, there was additional range/oven, which came in handy cooking for our large group. There were two refrigerators, which was great since we had all meals at the house. Bathrooms are updated and nice. The dock and decks were amazing! Great location and a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again!
