About this house rental
Situated in Warrensburg, this lovely house for $641 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Boulder Ridge is the perfect mountain retreat nestled in the Adirondack mountains and surrounded by nature, while being just 5 miles from Lake George Village. This chalet log home offers plenty of rustic charm, privacy, breathtaking views of the Adirondack high peeks, and plenty of space for entertainment and family gatherings. The house accommodates 12 guests, offering 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with additional sleeping in the loft and basement. The master bedroom has a private en-suite with a jacuzzi and stand up shower. The other 2 bedrooms, offer a full sized bed and a set of bunk beds in one, and a queen sized bed and a full in the other. The Chalet features a gourmet kitchen, with Viking stainless steel appliances, Corian countertop, hickory cabinets, and imported blue stone flooring. The great room boasts a floor to ceiling wood burning river rock fireplace, vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and oak flooring throughout. The finished basement offers a family or recreation area which includes, a slate top pool table, foosball table, tread mill, large TV with seating, assorted board games and additional sleeping options. There is also a new large capacity Samsung washer and dryer set available for guests to use during their stay. Boulder Ridge is a mountain estate encompassing 61 private acres of mountainous forests full of hiking/ATV trails, wildlife, and spectacular Mountain Views. The house features a large rap-around deck on 3 sides, one of which is a covered porch. On the deck is a BBQ grill, picnic tables and additional seating for outdoor entertainment and dining. In the side yard there is a large fire pit for roasting marshmallows with the kids and evening entertainment for adults. Guns and hunting are not allowed on the premises without the express written permission of the owner! We welcome all snowmobile and winter sport enthusiasts. Our property is large enough to accommodate snowmobile trailers of all sizes. The Warren County snowmobile trails are a short ride from the property. You can access Lake George Village from these trails. Trail maps will be provided. [A signed liability waiver is required, and will be provided]. Boulder Ridge is approximately 20 minutes from Gore and West Mountain Ski Centers, and only 10 minutes to Hickory Hill ski Center. The property is 10 minutes from the Village of Lake George, and approximately 35 minutes to Saratoga Springs Performing Arts Center, the Saratoga casino and race tracks. Great Escape Amusement park and Splash Water Kingdom is a short 15 minute ride. During the winter months 4x4 or all-wheel drive vehicles are required to access the house, given that the terrain is mountainous. We offer a 10% discount for booking 7 nights or more.

The place was gorgeous and very welcoming. We will definitely return/recommend this place to family and friends. The only thing was the road to access the property, it was really dark. Other than that we had a great time. Thanks so much.

We had a great time here. The view from the property was great (probably would have been better if we had better weather). The game room was perfect to keep the adults and children busy while at the house.

This property was excellent and exactly as described! Convenient to Lake George and about 30 minutes from Saratoga, made for a great weekend of fun golfing, at the track, or enjoying all the area has to offer. The view from the deck was spectacular each morning. Great place for a family or group of friends to enjoy!

The house was exactly as pictured. There are plenty of beds in the house and the basement was perfect for hanging out and playing games. Kendall was easy to get in contact with and answered any questions we had. The only draw-back is that the house is located about a half mile up a steep dirt road so some in my group that were driving older sedans were a bit worried getting in and out, especially after it rained. Other than that, the house was perfect!

We truly loved everything about this house. We really enjoyed our stay. It fully equipped with anything you need. We loved the game room all the rooms. So clean….we loved the authentic feeling about this house. We loved the wrap around deck. It rain on our stay but we love that their a deck that we enjoyed using to cook out without getting rain on. We will come back again.

I just want to say thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Your home made my cousins weekend a cozy weekend. The view is remarkable. My cousins and I are talking about making a yearly tradition to get together for a weekend getaway. I would love to stay here again.

Beautiful property in LakeGeorge with gorgeous views. Property was great for spending time with extended family. The sleeping accommodations and spacious areas like the loft and game room offered a perfect mix for guests of all ages. Kendall and her family were extremely accommodating. :)

House and location were amazing. Views were breathtaking. Convenient to lake george village and surrounding areas as well as ski resorts. This house is a real gem for anyone looking to stay in the Adirondacks and have that ADK cabin feel.

My friends and I could not have picked a better place for our weekend/boys/golf trip. This house was better than the pictures indicated. The open concept kitchen/living room was bigger than we thought it would be, which was perfect since there were eight of us. And the view off of the wraparound deck was better than expected. If we were coming back here for a trip again next summer, we would absolutely book this place again. Five stars!

Nice Big clean house. Beautiful view of the mountains off the front porch. The driveway is a huge long dirt road so you will be able to get a taxi or uber. We managed an had a great time.

Amazing property and host
The house really showcases itself. It's so magnificent, especially seeing it for the first time coming up the driveway. The initial impression of the inside is equally stunning. The knotty pine and decor embodies the Adirondack spirit. Nine of us had lots of elbow room (with small exception of upstairs shower...lol). Sitting on the deck is so peaceful, and the view is wonderful.
Our host Kendall is wonderful as well. She was available and responsive to even the smallest matters. She gave us a sense that we were in good hands, making our stay that much more relaxing.
We're already kooking forward to our next stay here.

We loved the location and views this property offered. Quiet and secluded but very close to town and any necessities, as well as the lake and attractions. Property owner was prompt with communication and great to work with. Everything was as advertised and had more than enough of everything we could have wanted. Was a perfect vacation spot.

We had the best weekend here! The property is gorgeous, the house is spacious and Kendall was just lovely!! She went above and beyond to get the mountainous driveway cleared so we could get our 4 cars up and down safely. She did everything to ensure we had the best vacation, and that we did!! Looking to plan a summer trip back up!!

The owners Kendall and Larry could not have been better been better in their communication with us. Despite an issue with the heat the first night, they provided us with ample wood for a roaring fire. An icy, steep driveway was remedied with a simple phone call. We enjoyed some cross country and downhill skiing plus just playing games together. It was a great spot for our family to reconnect.

We had the absolute best time at the beautiful lodge cabin. The views were incredible from any part of the house you could see them. The house was clean!!! And we were obsessed with the fire place & the jacuzzi tub!! Kendall the owner she was SOOOO unbelievably helpful and accommodating. Hands down the best host we have ever had!!! Can’t wait to stay again.’ Thank you again so much Kendall!!!!
