The apartment was impeccably clean, well stocked and just off the center square of the beautiful little town of Sunbury. Don’t miss the Sunbury Grill on the square when you are in town! A little tricky finding the entrance but it all worked out! We will definitely return when visiting family in Delaware, OH.

Perfect space for our Thanksgiving gathering. Very clean and well-furnished. The breakfast bar was perfect for non-cooks to hang out and socialize with cooks. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Very close to bike trails. Mark and Sue were great hosts. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your place!

Very close to the square. The apartment is very clean and spacious. It is above a garage, near a business. Very quiet neighborhood and comfortable rental.

This is our third stay at this property and we've never had anything less than a wonderful experience. The apartment is perfect for us very close to town and is always in immaculate condition. Can't say enough about the owners. Highly recommended

Had to find a rental at the last minute. The place was perfect! We enjoyed the fresh muffins and the community. The towpath trail runs through here so bring your bikes!

We loved this place and had a great time. It was very quiet. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Everything you needed was provided and then some. Loved the muffins😊. And a very short distance to shopping. Would highly recommend.

The perfect amount of space for 4 adults. We loved being able to use the kitchen our first night & that there was also plenty of restaurants within walking distance nearby. Easy stay but both people had trouble finding it.

My husband and daughter were in the Columbus area for a friend's wedding. The location was convenient, the apartment was comfortable. The host was attentive to the only issue we had during the stay.

Our stay was lovely, and we plan on staying here again in the future. The owners did a fantastic job of communicating, the apartment was immaculate, quiet and peaceful. The property was safe and secure. It was a pleasure staying here and we highly recommend this property.

This property worked out great for us to visit in Delaware county. It was very comfortable and well equipped. It had a nice central location near the village square and a nice walking trail nearby. The only strange thing was it’s proximity to oil storage tanks. Very close on the one side.

Fantastic owners, very easy to work with and highly responsive. The apartment was incredibly clean and well-equipped. Very comfortable and safe. The neighborhood is quiet and only a couple blocks to the cute little downtown of Sunbury. I will definitely be back for my next stay in the area.

We spent New Years weekend in Sunbury. We felt right at home in Mark & Sue Ellen’s delightful apartment. Everything was fresh and clean. The homemade cookies and fresh flowers were so welcoming. It was a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily Family activities. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

This unit was sparkling clean and had everything you might need. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We plan to stay here again soon.

I would call this place more of a guest house. It's behind a home, above a large garage. It was very clean and bright. Walking distance to the square adn restaurants. Check in and out was very simple. Would recommend!

At first we were a little uncertain given the location but once you walk into the new apartment it was a paradise. It is a really cool little two bedroom that can easily sleep 6. We were met with flowers, muffins and a personal note welcoming us to our weekend home. Everything was as promised. Clean well organized and ready for our stay. The nearby town had a couple of restaurants we visited and some we did not manage to explore yet. A nearby War Memorial warrants mentioning as well. Quiet neighborhood for sure! Next door neighbor does seem obsessed with his putting green lawn but made absolutely no noise. He even used a mechanical push mower. Kinda impressed actually. All in all a wonderful stay and is definitely on the list when we have need to return to Columbus.
