Good breakfast and lunch. Very friendly staff. Close to a few excellent restaurants. Good parking, easy to find location. Rooms were comfortable, some with view of the mountains.

Very comfortable room and good breakfast. Hotel restaurant was the best food option. We had a better meal there than the Volcano Steakhouse. Friendly, professional staff. Javier in the restaurant was very helpful.
Except for the hotel restaurant the food options are not great and nothing else very close. Otherwise an excellent choice and value close to Ruta 5.

The breakfast is amazing, the hotel is very fast to reach from the highway and the hotel is very well maintaned.
Rooms are very nice and you find all you need.
Unfortunately we didn´t sleep very well. The air outlet in the room was very loud and impossible to turn off. Somebody must have thought that a higher airflow is better and forgot to remember that it makes a lot of noise in the shaft if the airflow is too high. You could also hear it very loudly in the aisle.
The waterpressure was for me too low to wash my hair.
