DEAR GUEST! PLEASE FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES: -If you book the house, you must stay unless you have discussed this in past with us and you will be personally responsible for the house. -This Property is in deed-restricted Homeowner association and most HOA don’t like short-term rental places (Air B and B /VRBO) therefore we don’t want to rent and get red-flagged by HOA therefore help me by following the instructions. -NO Random invites without prior permission. -NO Throwing party or Parties. -NO Loud music inside or outside, please respect our neighbors and if we get a complaint from neighbors, we will have to cancel the reservation and ask you to leave. -No hanging out outside the front door -Don’t just leave the front door open, we have nosey neighbors who will call the police just to harass you and me. -NO smoking inside the house or front of the house. We allow smoking in the back of the house area and at least 5 feet away from the door. -NO Pets without prior permission. -upon check out, please follow all checkout instructions list. -If you have more people staying at the house than listed on the reservation, you will lose your deposit. -Anything missing upon Inventory upon check out. -Missing garage door remote. -Late Checkout without prior approval. -Don’t have anything shipped to the house without prior permission. -We provide make-up wipes/removers, please do not use towels as the towels get stained and we cannot use them for the next guest. -Make-up stains on pillowcases/bed sheets and comforters. -Don’t use towels or wash clothes to clean or wipe down your shoes. -This property has outdoor security cameras for your protection. Please! read and respond. Thank you! Beautiful newly remodeled home in an outstanding neighborhood. This home features 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, open living, grand living space. The master bedroom has an awesome private full bath. This home is close to everything, food, shopping, gas, and located in a nice quiet established neighborhood. Large smart TV'S in some rooms, with full cable TV and WIFI. All you need to bring is your food and clothes! Everything in this home is new!

The house is beautiful, only need little attention to owner, need provide enough paper towel, shower gel and Hair washer , coffee maker not work . Overall everything good 👍👍

My family was in town for a wedding so we needed a bigger home. This house was spacious and met our bedroom and bathroom needs but there were a few areas of improvement.
1. Prior to the trip I had messaged asking to ensure that it was clean because I had seen reviews claiming that it wasn’t and that they found dead bugs. I felt that the response back I got was dismissive: “Every person is different, but we'd like to confirm that we comply with a cleaning standard. The company has its own cleaning crew and maintenance, service team.”
2. There was mold in the washer! I believe all the sheets and towels are washed in that washer which is disturbing to think about.
3. There was a couch that was broken.
4. I sent pictures of the washer and couch but communication came to a halt and no one came to fix it.

We enjoyed our stay overall. There were a few dead bugs found upon arrival but thank God they were dead. Lots of rules and making sure we did everything they wanted before we left. The home is very spacious so we didn't even use all the beds. Very nice neighborhood and not very far from all the spots we needed to go. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy spot for large family reunion
This was a great property with all the space, beds and necessities that we needed. We usually have issues with not enough beds and properties counting couches as sleeping space, but this was not the case here. The kitchen was huge, which was great for a group that lovez to cook and hang out together. There were numerous TVs so kids could breakaway from adults, and the lounging spaces were well set up. The backyard was small, but there is a little park on the vicinity. Communication was great - we had a lot of questions and management helped with everything. Check in and out was very easy with reasonable clean-up expectations at the end. A couple minor things to consider in the future: there were not enough forks and silverware for everyone, there were no metal utensils for the grill, and labels on some of the cabinets would have been helpful. There were plenty of towels and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The floors were dirty, counter tops sticky, dishes in drawers dirty, bathtubs left with dirt rings that did remove once we cleaned it, and light switches and remotes (high touch items) were filthy, as well, although the description lists that it disinfects those areas. The weather was beautiful; however, our kiddos could only enjoy the paved area of the backyard because the weeds and grass in the backyard were overgrown to their knees.
Face towels and body towels had stains them.
Roomy… yes; however, we had to go get flip flops to wear around because of the dirty floors, and we HAD to clean parts of the home thoroughly before being able to enjoy our family vacation.
As a part of the checkout process, we had to communicate that we were gone so their maids could come. If they are paying for maid service, please inspect their work.
I will say the host was so great in communication and even got a few items we asked for in advance to help our stay (air fryer and waffle maker). The cleanliness was a major problem and disappointment.

Great Vacation Home
My family and I really enjoyed this beautiful home. It was furnished with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The layout was exactly what was listed on line. The property owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Well located by mai. Tollways and spacious
Some issues with the heater mainly working in the master bedroom. Very hot during the nights while the rest of the house was freezing.
No info booklet with instructions for the house.
Washing machine and dryer were left with linen inside. No where to place the clean linens.
A mop to wipe the kitchen was not found.
Good internet and Netflix available.
