I liked most about the property was its excellent location, which made it very convenient to get around. The rooms were spacious, comfortable. The staff were friendly.
The parking access is difficult, and the parking spaces are very tight, making it inconvenient to park. The room cleanliness also needs improvement, especially the bedspreads, which were not up to expectations.

Proximity to all temples and good maintenance
It is a suggestion and not a complaint. In washroom the grill for towel holder needs attention as there were sports of rust on the hanger. This needs some polishing

This was a better one than the Cuddalore Suriyapriya Lodge and Erode Kongu Mess Lodge at Chennai.
Location was in a congested place. Tehy could have usd room freshners to keep the environment nicer.
Let them not degrade Booking.Com's best efficient services and tarnish their image. Let them not use the typical Indian tactics bypassing the blame and responsibilities to others for their failure.
Since we booked through Booking.com and not directly with the hotel, we were told that they cannot adhere to the 24 Hour check out but at 12 Noon only irrespective of time of occupation. This aspects is very very serious. We want faster action as such we approach Booking. com. The hotel is benefited also. So they cannot shun their rsponsibility. If I occupy by 11 AM they cannot ask me to vacate by 12 Noon in an hour after taking money for full day but asking me to occupy an hour only. Instead, they should allow me to check out by 11AM next day or at least 10 AM.
