Personal touch from Milan dropping by to see us and also rang to say Goodbye.
She also arranged for her staff to cook us a lovely breakfast one morning and was keen to provide recommendations for places to eat.
The staff were lovely - Thuy and the two gentlemen who were always around to help us out when needed.
The pool and outdoor area were lovely and great to just relax at the end of the day.
For our group the beds were a little on the hard side. We rectified it by using the bedding as an extra layer.
The water pressure was a bit light in the shower.

The location is good, opposite a lake and within easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants. The property is set in a nicely decorated and shady courtyard.
We chose this property after reading excellent reviews about the owner, Mrs Lan, and her staff. Unfortunately we did not meet Mrs Lan during our stay and we didn't receive the warm welcome that we were expecting.from the staff. In fact one female member of staff did not even make eye contact with us during our 3 night stay.
We were prepared for our wooden cabin to be a little basic but it did not appear to have been very well cleaned on our arrival. This was rectified once we asked for the room to be cleaned the following day.
The pool looks very inviting but the paint on the bottom is flaking quite badly.
During several visits to Vietnam we have stayed in a wide range of accommodation and always try to see the positives wherever we go, but for the price we paid we have had a far better standard and welcome elsewhere.
