The property was located in a safe and clean area close to shopping and restaurants. The building was well organised, and the breakfast was excellent. The bathroom was nice and the toilet/biddet was adequate. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful for non-Japanese guests.
The room was small, but the furnishings were not adequate for our needs. The queen sized bed filled up the limited space of most of the room. There was no storage for clothing or personal items, and there was a tiny space to store hanging clothes. There was a drop off from the room floor down into the bathroom floor which could be a hazard for older guests.

Hotel is located in a quiet corner but is very near the train station. Staff are great! Amenities in the lobby, including the pajama, are good!

100m from Ofuna station. Outstanding staff. Didn’t want to leave.
Rooms were small by western standards and very minimal storage space.

We love the bathtub and the space.
