This historic home is located in the small town of Petersburg, Kentucky just five miles from the Creation Museum. It is a great place to enjoy the great outdoors with a large yard and a very nice patio and front porch. This house features spacious rooms great for families and entertaining. The living room and three of the bedrooms have a flat screen television and a DVD player with Netflix available. There is also free wifi and a kitchen with all of the amenities from home. This is a perfect house for a great getaway! 10 guests total Maximum 8 adults We do not recommend the twin beds or sleep sofa for adults no local rentals please

Very clean, organized, and fully stocked with all necessities you might need. Communication with the owners was a breeze and they are very attentive to their renters. More than enough room for families as well as extended families too. Overall a great experience!

This property couldn’t have been anymore perfect for our family. We were traveling to kings island and Cincinnati for a long weekend get away. We consisted of 4 adults and 6 kids. The kids all had their own bedroom and the adults had their own bedrooms. The house was clean and exactly as it was presented. We all had a great time!

The Rivertown Ranch was a perfect choice for our vacation with family. Everything about it was just as advertised, with plenty of comfortable sleeping space for the four adults and four children in our group. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything we needed to make meals and the table was large enough for all of us, including a nice outside table. Two full bathrooms were separated from the bedrooms. Everything was clean and well organized. We enjoyed the drive on the beautiful country roads and the convenience to both our destinations. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the sweet house! It was clean, and had the supplies we needed to have dinners there! Plenty of space for all of us to have our own bed and also some fun movies and games, as well as puzzles for everyone to enjoy! We would recommend this place for sure!!

We visited the Creation Museum, Ark Encounter, Newport Aquarium, pool and parks. Watched movie at night and played board games in this cozy home. Centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. Also has a small convenient story in Petersburg. Park in town is fenced and enjoyed evening walks.

We came down to celebrate my sister's birthday. We went snow tubing, did a little gambling and had some great food. The house is exactly as listed. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of seating and sleeping space. The house is clean and cozy. The owners were very quick to respond and allowed an early check in. We would definitely stay here again.

We needed a place to stay during our trip to the Ark and Creation Museum. This fit our needs well. The bedroom set up was just what we needed for the number of boys and girls we had. The house was very clean!

Fantastic place to stay for the creation museum and the ark! We also enjoyed the boat launch area by the river, and had fun exploring Lawrenceburg, where we got great coffee and had fun at the new park for the kids. The house has all the basic things that you need, and it is very clean and well-kept. Lots of board games were played at the table, and we were able to make all of her meals with ease. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

My family attended a "Creation Vacation" with our church. We loved the property and it was even better than the pictures! The house has everything you need and more. It is very clean comfortable for a larger family. We took a walk around the block to the river and the view was amazing! Close to the Creation Museum and a reasonable drive to the Arc Encounter. We will definitely stay again and we have already recommended the property to others.

Everything was so clean when we arrived and the instructions beforehand were clear and understandable. Very spacious home and had the accommodations we needed. There is a nice convenience store/restaurant less than half a mile from the home. Super friendly staff

Family comfort
Six adults and one teenager were completely comfortable in this clean, homey, every-little-thing was thought of house. We fixed our meals, played games at the dining table, all slept well and were near the attractions we visited and walking distance to the boat ramp for some fun early morning fishing!

The house was darling but, my only complaint would be the beds were uncomfortable As others reviewed the location was definitely remote and the travel in was various windy roads. About 15-20 mins to a local town, which wasn’t ideal traveling the windy roads every time we went out. No issues with check in or owner. Overall happy with the stay.

It was much nicer than what I was expecting. Plenty of room for our group of 8. The master bed was great, but the second queen was not great. Very clean and well supplied to do cooking.

Wonderful
The house is in an amazing location. It is right on the river and just down the street from the Creation Museum. The Ark Encounter yet is less than an hour away and the Cincinnati Zoo is 30 minutes away in the other direction. We truly enjoyed our visit and being able to go to a home for supper each night was amazing. The house has all the essentials available. Though I wish there was some closet space, it does have plenty of beds and seating for everyone. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

We visited the Creation Museum and Ark Experience. There were 6 of us adults and had plenty of beds for all of us. The roads were a little curvy getting there but the scenery was worth it. Really wished we'd had time to walk to the river... maybe next time!
