Remove car parking for the facility

The place is quiet, clean, and 20 minutes walking to the center.

It's mentioned that this flat has car parking but it is not. You have to park somewhere else with charge parking.

Für einen Kurztrip gut geeignet

Schöne und moderne Ausstattung. Gute zentrale Lage

Leider alles sehr schmuddelig und schmutzig! Bettbezüge zum Teil fleckig, im Bad vieles defekt (Wasserhahn, Abfluss) Couch extrem eklig! Küche teilweise defekt! Schade! Hätte eigentlich viel Potential!

Wir waren als Familie für eine Stadterkundung in der Unterkunft und waren leider etwas enttäuscht.

Große Unterkunft, sehr zentral in der Nähe vom Bahnhof.

Sehr laut, da in der kompletten Strasse umgebaut wurde. Die Unterkunft war leider nicht wirklich richtig sauber gemacht worden. Überall lagen Fusseln rum, das Geschirr von den Vorgästen war noch in der Spülmaschine, Haare in den Bad Schubladen, Kühlschrank mit Krümmeln, leere Wasserflasche auf dem Schrank, Lichtschalter teilweise nicht funktionsfähig, sehr unbequeme Matratzen, ein Haushaltsschrank der zu kippen drohte wenn man ihn öffnen wollte etc, alles sehr lieblos..

Not equipped for 8 guests.

The location is very close to the train station. Clean and Netflix was a bonus.

We had apartment booked for 8 people but bedding and towels only provided for 6. One lock for bathroom and toilet which meant one was unlocked if using both at the same time. The kitchen isn’t too well equipped. Windows have shutters only so you could either have it all blacked out or all visible.

Close to central station.

There were 2 bed rooms but one bed room was very small for 2 people. There was a fan, but the cover was very easy to come off.

Exceptional

super nice flat with all the facilities you could think of. the tv also has netflix which is nice if you have an account, and the blinds are electric so that was cool as well. the people were super friendly in helping us enter the building for the first time

Nice sized apartment in so so location

The apartment was nicely furnished, spacious, and clean. All amenities in the apartment functioned properly.

We arrived at the location pretty late at night and had a lot of trouble finding the apartment and parking. We ended up parking at the train station which is about a 5-10 minute walk (not bad, but with suitcases at night was a long way). A big part of the problem was that the street was under construction (obviously not the fault of the hosts). In the morning it turned out that there was a parking garage that we somehow missed upon arrival that would have helped us out a lot. In any case, the area around the apartment is quite dodgy at night (but fine in the day) and that made the entire check-in experience extremely uncomfortable for my wife. When we left in the morning, things went much smoother and much of our anxiety around the safety of the neighborhood dissipated.

Not So High Class Flat

We booked two of these rooms for a family of 12 for one night. There were two bedrooms and a pullout couch in each apartment that fit everyone. The property was spacious and decorated nicely. The gentleman from the bar did his best to try and keep us happy and helped us move our luggage to the room once it was available. The property was also in close walking distance to the train station and lots of bakeries/restaurants.

Although this isn’t the property’s fault, on our way from the train station to the property, we witnessed people doing drugs on the street nearby. There was also construction going on that street so the atmosphere did not match up with the images that was posted with the property (understandably). Then once we got to the location to pick up the keys (said keys would be ready by 3pm and it was shortly after that time), we were told by the guy in the bar, that both rooms were not cleaned yet due to the previous guests leaving late. Two of us stayed with the luggage in the stairway until we saw the ladies leave the apartments. We moved all the luggage into the first apartment with the help of the gentleman from the bar. The rooms smelled like it had just been cleaned but there was also a blend of cigarette smoke which we assumed was coming in from the opened windows. We ended up leaving for the day to explore and then when we came back, and got everyone ready for bed, we noticed that the pullout couch was absolutely filthy, dishes hadn’t been cleaned/put away from the previous guests and there were other minor cleanliness issues. Needlesstosay, we were paranoid sleeping in the beds (especially the couch) and all just slept on top of the sheets. The temperature was hot that day and with no AC, and not being able to open the windows due to all the cigarette smoke coming in, we had a toasty night. On a side note, the paperwork provided about the property mentions how they supply some snacks and drinks. There were no snacks or drinks, unless you found the unfinished beer in the fridge. Unfortunately this was our least favorite stay during our entire European adventure.

The most awful experience

Avoid this place!

The area is very noisy with drug traffick and prostitution. In the flat, there was blood on the furniture - chair and mattresses - and the sofa was strongly smelling cigarette. This is a shame and I informed Booking. I have no idea how this place can be ranked 9.4! Avoid it, really!

Perfect Flat

The flat was really clean, massive shower room, complete kitchen and nice bedroom. It's near train station and also next to lot's of restaurants. The host was really kind and helpful. Perfect for a weekend to explore Luxembourg, me and my friends really enjoyed it.
