New direct bay front condo with custom-designer decorated. Large gourmet kitchen with granite breakfast bar and stools, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting and a beautiful color palette throughout. Large dining area with hand-painted wall mural. 50' hdtv in the living room with views of the bay. Three large, well appointed bedrooms, all with cable, flat screen tv's and ceiling fans. Crown molding and dental trim throughout. Large master bedroom with direct bay views and master bathroom with double vanity, and glass shower. The second br faces toward the ocean and has 2 full beds, closet, and hdtv. Third br also faces the ocean, with a closet, one queen bed, one single bed, hdtv, and access to the second bath. The property is 1,800 square feet, located between 10th & 11th streets on the bay side. The unit is on the 4th floor of 5 with double-length water front balcony, providing year-round expansive & unobstructed perpetual panoramic bay views and stunning sunsets. The balcony is fully furnished to allow you to relax watching the boats running about on the bay. Enjoy breakfast or having cocktails and watching sunset on the full length balcony !!! This luxurious property is just a short walk to the world famous OCMD beach & board walk. This perfect location provides you with both the peace and quiet of a bay front setting and easy access to ocean city's exciting beach, board walk, and downtown area. Annual trip with friends and family to close out the golf season. The location was perfect. Wonderful water views and close to all the courses and restaurants. Mary, the owner was a joy to work with. Looking forward to returning next year.

Great location, million dollar view, spacious clean and well appointed. I guess the extra charge for sheets and towels is a regional thing--have stayed at many places over the years and this is the first time that has come up. The lack of toilet paper and soap just seems cheap to me, but the prior tenants left us some. The neighbors smoked cigars and bickered on their deck every night but that's beyond the owners control.

First time using vrbo for a trip. We vacation at Ocean City, MD. Communication thru email with the host was always prompt. Pricing was very afordable!! The condo was clean on arrival and was just as detailed and pictured on the site. The pool and pool area was clean! Had an awesome family vacation! We were right on the bay with a beautiful view and only 4 blocks away in walking distance from the ocean and boardwalk. We will definitely be back!!

Everything about this condo was amazing! The view in the morning on the balcony, the quick walk to the boardwalk, the quiet hours the list goes on and on! Will be recommending this spot to friends and family and we will fo sure be back sometime soon!

Mary did a wonderful job communicating the check in and out process with us. We were texted the door code around 2pm and had no problem gaining entry to the property. Parking passes were provided and parking spaces were easily found across the street. The view of the bay was amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the boats, taking in the sunrise and sunset. The place is well cared for and was clean upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place to others!

The condo was perfect for our trip. Very clean and very centrally located. It was in a nice quiet area, only a short walk to the boardwalk & beach. The only downside was the pool was very small but we spent pretty much all our time at the beach anyway. Would highly recommend to families!

We have gone to the WMO for over 20 years and stayed at numerous spots - this spot ranked in our top 5. A short walk to the weigh ins, beautiful sunsets and roomy enough for 6 adults. Didn't use the pool - it was a bit small for the size of the complex and busy with families. Brought some items to the attention of the host and she took care of them swiftly. Our entire group would stay here again.

This was the perfect location for us, walking distance to many restaurants, bars and beach. The accommodations were nice, however it was a bit of a hassle to pack and bring sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, wash cloths, paper towels, hand soap, dish towels, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, etc. along. I know we could have rented some of these items. The Bay Views were really nice, the balcony was great for being outside.

Love, love, love our stay in this condo. The view from the deck was superb specially during sunset. Inside this condo was clean and spacious you can tell owner is taking such great care of this place. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Mary was wonderful to work with. Booking was easy peasy! We love to come back again :)

The condo was excellent and had everything we needed for a family beach vacation! The location was great with sunset views over the bay and only a few blocks from the ocean which was a quick 5-10 minute walk from the condo building. Mary was an excellent host and very attentive and responsive. The condo itself included all of the amenities you need for your stay. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Ocean City!

My husband, two children (3&4) and one set of grandparents stayed here for a long weekend. The condo was very clean and spacious. We had some bad weather but the beautiful view of the bay and ample space for kids activities made it fine. Can’t wait to come back soon!
