New Direct Bay front Penthouse! This is the top floor end unit with luxurious furnishings, amazing views, outdoor pool, and is in a great location for kids. Best unit in the Bahia Vista! Lots of natural light from being the end unit and is very quiet location. 3 blocks to the beach and Boardwalk. Each bedroom has its own Flatscreen Cable TV and ceiling fans. Living room has large LCD with HDTV,DVD, Wifi High Speed Internet,DVD Player. Outdoor pool, Private fishing pier . Large bayfront balcony with amazing views and sunsets and another private balcony with ocean and bay views. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer, gourmet kitchen with all amenities, 2 parking spaces some covered. Building has Elevator and wheelchair ramp. This condo is on 10th st. and Bay side. Great location! You can walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, attractions, mini golf, and amusements. This condo has the best views in Ocean city! Come enjoy and relax on your vacation! Sorry....no smoking or pets allowed. This is a family rental, WE DO NOT RENT TO HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS FOR SENIOR WEEKS. You must be older than 25 to rent.

Beautiful, clean , modern well run property. Easy parking. Quiet location with access to balcony overlooking the bay from LR and MBR. Just a few blocks to the beach & boardwalk & stores. Easy to reach host if needed. I would definitely go back if in Ocean City,MD.

The Condo layout and views are great. Having sheets would be more accommodating. But a quick run to Walmart for the right size worked okay. Lots to do in the area.

Beautiful property with a gorgeous view of the bay, perfect for sunsets. Spacious and well-maintained with up-to-date furniture and every amenity you could imagine. We would definitely stay here again!
