Great location—very close to many attractions, right next to the canal. Quiet, peaceful, and warm—it’s April, but the heat is on.

The property is close to main Venice features. In studio there’s everything - from shampoo to olive oil for cooking. There were slippers, pads, micellar water in the bathroom, the owner thought about all the details. It was incredibly warm in studio all the time(in December). Plan to go here one more time.

The location was good for being able to walk around the city and get to major attractions
Communication could have been better. We weren't provided any check in information until 1 hour before check in at 3:00. We arrived in Venice at 10:30 am so it was a very long wait to get instructions, and early check in was not an option.
