It was right next to the station, so easy to find. The cabin is inside a hot spring facility and the whole place is massive, with a comic library, a cafe, etc inside. The hot springs include an outside bath area. The sleeping cabin was clean and comfortable. The staff checking me in didn't know much English but they were very helpful and did their best to make sure I was OK. They provided me with an English map and instructions.
The ladder to the upper cabin is a little awkward to get up and down. Because my booking was very last minute due to a cancelled train, I didn't ask if they had a lower cabin available, but if I stay there again in the future, I will request one.

The location is very convenient and near supermarkets and stores. Very accessible if your from chiba going anywhere in tokyo and vice versa.
