Newly remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage located on a beautiful country property with gorgeous views. An easy 10 min drive from both the village of Cooperstown and the Dreams Park.
The cottage is located on a lovely restored old farm with miles of trails starting just beyond the back yard. Hike, bike, run, explore. Ponds, waterfalls and lovely views all within an easy walk.
Large modern kitchen, spacious living area. Single level cottage that is ideal for all types of families and groups. Great indoor and outdoor space.
Master bedroom with Queen sized bed, second bedroom with twin sized bunk bed. Sectional sofa in living area with pull out full sized bed.
All linens, towels provided .Washer and dryer in cottage with laundry supplies provided.
**During summer months we adhere to the Cooperstown Dreams Park’s 6 day schedule. Check in/check out to align with the park’s schedule.

We had a wonderful week. House was well stocked, very clean and comfortable. Great location! Easy drive to Dream Field and restaurants. We will be back!

Clean, well located property. Short and easy drive to Dreams Park made it a breeze to get back for a break in between games. Great view of the valley from the front porch, quiet and secluded view from the back porch. Perfect place for our family of four. Gas, groceries, and restaurants are along the route to Dreams Park. No negatives at all but did miss not having horses in the pasture out the backdoor.
