Located in Invermere, this charming house for $349 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Arrive, kick back and enjoy this beautiful Executive home in the heart of Invermere - only a few minutes walk to both downtown and the main beach (Kinsmen Beach). Close to many golf courses, great mountain biking and only 22 km to Panorama. You will know you are on vacation in the beautiful Columbia Valley by the stunning mountain and lake views from large windows throughout the home or from any of the five large balconies front and back. This home has been redone in 2018 and fully equipped so you can enjoy a relaxing, hassle-free vacation in a beautiful home in an awesome location. Here's a high level tour of what to expect... The MAIN LIVING AREA is situated on the upper floor in order to maximize the incredible views. The kitchen, dining area and family room are part of this bright, open-concept, space. There's a beautiful fireplace, large screen TV and the kitchen has everything you need to cook great meals if you choose. In this bright open area, everyone will feel like they are part of the activities and you can bring the outdoors in with access to decks both front and back. The large master bedroom with a sitting area is also on this floor. Below on the main floor, you will find a large REC ROOM. Just like the floor above, there is access to a front deck as well as a back deck which has stairs to the fully fenced in back yard. In this space, you’ll find a second fireplace and another large screen TV. This can be a great area for the kids to hang out and have their own space. The home has three BEDROOMS with a total of 4 beds which will sleep up to 8 in beds and with two queen sofa beds there is room to spread out. In the spacious master suite, you will find a king bed as well as a new queen sofa bed in the sitting area sleeping up to four. There are two ensuites and a walk-in closet in this space. The first bathroom has double sinks and a dual shower while the second ensuite has a single sink and a jetted bathtub. From the master bedroom you have direct access to the large front deck or your own private deck at the back. This is a lovely space to retreat to. The second bedroom on the main floor has 2 new queen beds and sleeps up to 4 and enjoys mountain views. The third bedroom also on the main floor has 1 new queen bed and sleeps 2 and also has mountain views. The second sofa bed is in the rec room on the main floor for larger groups. This home sleeps 8 in order to align with local short-term rentals rules and is ideal for extended family vacations or multi-family groups. In addition... There is a LAUNDRY ROOM on the main floor and you are welcome to use the washer and dryer along with the iron, ironing board and laundry supplies. There’s a secured GARAGE and a good sized U-shaped DRIVEWAY for parking. There's room to park your boat and the public boat launch is right down the street. This property has everything you need for a fantastic home-away-from-home family vacation in the quaint town of Invermere in the gorgeous Columbia Valley. It’s a short drive to Panorama Mountain Resort, a world class ski and recreation area as well as the nearby towns of Radium and Fairmont and their hot springs. In the summer, you can enjoy the town, golfing, hiking, biking, kayaking, sight-seeing, and all of the typical lake activities. In the winter, Lake Windermere boasts the longest skating path in the world along with groomed cross country and snowshoe trails and world class ski resorts are nearby. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay any more thoroughly! The house was plenty big enough for all 8 of us, and had everything we could possibly have needed. The location was perfect, and it was an easy walk to town. Mona & Stu were lovely hosts, and quick to answer all our questions. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and without a doubt, it's the best we've ever experienced. The cleanliness was impeccable, and it was stocked with an abundance of kitchen utensils, towels, and blankets, making our stay incredibly convenient. The interior design was stunning, adding to the overall charm of the place. Being so close to downtown was a huge plus, and the surrounding view was truly breathtaking. What truly set this property apart was the host, Mona, who was not only super responsive but also incredibly sweet. We can't recommend this place enough – it's an absolute gem!

This property is absolutely amazing, it’s in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood, spacious rooms, all the necessities to make your stay easier, lots of spaces to accommodate a larger group of people. I’ve been renting this property for a few years now and everyone that comes for this trip loves staying at this house.

We had 3 families enjoy this beautiful home. Our group had 6 adults and 6 kids ranging from 10-15yo. There were endless activities and fun had in our 4 day stay. The home had nearly everything for a very comfortable stay. The only thing we would suggest is having a griddle for pancakes. Our stay was amazing! Kinsmen beach is within walking distance, we also enjoyed Windermere beach a short drive away. We all went white water rafting, checked out many shops, enjoyed a concert at pothole park, and had a ton of fun playing games at the home. With the ages and group size we had, we are so glad we paid the additional amount to have the basement space as well. Everyone was able to spread out comfortably. The views from the home are stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony’s as well as watching deer wander the neighbourhood. Thank you so much Mona & Stu! We hope to be back again soon!!

This property was more then we expected, it had everything we needed + more. It had great mountain views, fully stocked kitchen, extra towels, blankets, shampoo..... etc. Views from the decks were stunning, the house was very big, our family of 16 during Christmas had a great time with great memories, I would recommend this house to everyone, especially with Mona & Stew as the host, we had minor issues but the hosts dealt with it right away even though it was during Christmas & kept on making sure everyday of our stay was comfortable & if everything was okay. I would give Mona & Stu 11/ 10 stars if I had the option. Once again thanks for having my family at your wonderful house & we will be back again, I would highly recommend this house.

Family Get Together in Invermere
We used this house for a family get together. 12 of us stayed altogether. We also rented the additional room downstairs which gave us lots of room. This house is perfect for a group. There was so many areas that everyone had their own space. Lots of dishes, towels etc. We can't wait to rent the house again.

Home base for Invermere Wedding weekend
We chose Mona & Stu's place as the home base for our daughter's wedding weekend at Brady Creek Ranch. We opted for the extra lower level space which turned out great. The house is awesome. The master suite is huge with the 2 ensuites and is obviously what used to be two bedrooms turned into one. The house is quality construction - we had multiple people coming and going at all hours for 5 days, and nobody ever complained about noise or hearing the action. The beds are excellent, as is all the bedding, pillows etc, as well as all the towels. All the rooms are quite spacious. Two massive family rooms on different levels - lots of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is amazing. It's stocked to the hilt. Loved the loaded double utensil drawers. Probably has dishes etc for 30 place settings. Appliances are excellent. Extra fridge in the huge garage was a bonus. Never even had a chance to use all the extra bonus stuff thats supplied with the house. All the Decks on both levels and all the patio furniture was over the top! I could go on....... Nothing bad to say. Highly recommended.
