the first time we stayed at this hotel it was clean and perfect but the room we got this time does not reflect the $290/night price tag. The mold on the bathroom ceiling is inacceptable and the bathtub clearly shows it needs to be renovated. Too bad.

Its a very nice property, clean, quiet, simple. Just one thing, (nothing related to the Hotel), don't go there on Sundays or holidays, as a large number of establishments are either closed or running on reduces hours.

The town as a whole is struggling for servers and other customer service staff, resulting in limited restaurant availability, and those that are open are super busy. No ones fault but its an issue that affects the quality of the stay. Otherwise, quite a nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our time in Invermere, but the hotel was just... ok. Rooms are basic and clean, but very musty/damp smelling. AC was working great, but very noisy. Rooms feel outdated and could use some quality renovations to really freshen up the place since the building is not new by any means. Balconies and a pool/hot tub would be an amazing bonus if there was room to add these somehow. Easy parking and quick check-in/check-out. GREAT location in the heart of Invermere. Super yummy breakfast spot "begginnings" and a convenient liquor store in the same building. Quick access to the best bakery around right across the street, all the shops/restaurants, and the beach!

We have stayed at this inn many times in the past. It never disappoints. An added plus is its location in town, accessible to all the stores vacationers may need to patronize. Parking is ample.

The restaurant was closed for our entire stay. No daily housekeeping. Very very noisy. We stayed in room 420A and between the loud noise of the air conditioning motor and the people who had the room above us we had only 4 hours sleep each night. Would never stay there again

Hotel was fairly good. Service was friendly. Only knock is after day 1 we left the room expecting a freshen up, new towels ect.. after coming back our room wasn’t touched.. upon asking the front desk about no day to day touch ups they said they are short staffed and don’t enter rooms til the third day.. which we were only in for two. For premium summer pricing we expected a little more then what was received.

I would NOT recommend this property, They will only clean your room after 3 nights, no garbage pick-up, no new coffee, no clean towels. The hairdryer was broken. The elevator hadn’t been cleaned in months. There was a mouse trap by the back door and every time you walked by you could smell the dead mice. Getting on the Wifi was torture, they gave us 3 different codes. $200 a night and not even a muffin in the morning. The staff need more training, you get a different story from every one. Nope, not again.

NO effort on getting a room earlier, we asked 3 hrs ahead of time, in this business when you have over 40 rooms there is always a room available, they said would call us, 16h30 still no call only a dumb look, noisy floors, walls and close to the road, this place has no charm...
