Stayed week 5 for ASV. Beautiful property with nice amenities. Peaceful, quiet, and great setup for families. Clean, just the right amount of what’s needed in between games. About 15 minutes to ASV with some shops for missed items along the way.

The place was awesome and very close to Hartwick College. My only complaint is the communication. Left multiple messages without response.
