2 bedroom Beachfront Property located in Bocagrande . Close to all the amentities . Walkig distance to the Supermarket , Restaurants, Bars and a 10 min cab ride to the old city.nit has large refrigerator, microwave, oven and 4 burners on cooking surface. Unit has on demand hot water system and it works well. Always inquire if you are looking at other units about their hot water systems. Both baths are full baths with shower. More than adequate dishes, utensils, pots and pans for those who want to cook. Full size washer and dryer. Cartagena is an incredible city. In fact, Colombia is an incredible country and its citizens are friendly and unassuming. Spanish is not a must, but is extremely helpful. The old walled city allows one to wander for days, viewing incredible architecture, world class shopping and great restaurants. To get a feel for the real Colombia, visit the old city and surrounding areas. To the west (by boat) you will find an island chain that has incredible aqua marine water, perfect for snorkeling or just boating. Many tour operators run to the islands or you can do as I do and rent a boat and leisurely cruise the islands and visit a variety of beaches (Playa Grande, Rosario Islands).Should you stay in my unit, I will provide as much insight as I can about Cartagena, the surrounding community, the building and my unit. The unit is for families and adults however, Cartagena is probably more for adults than children. I require photo id in the form of drivers license and passports from all occupants minimum 3 days nights(for near term booking, will now rent for shorter terms - inquire).
note: Unit capacity is 6. This applies to both those listed clients on my security authorization and guests, friends, relatives that you may wish to come over and this maximum applies not only to my unit but to the common areas as well, including the pool.
