The linins and towels are sanitized in the cleaning process, also. Swimming pool and Tennis Courts are on the property. A wooded park is located across the street with hiking trails and more. Centrally located within a 5 minute drive to the Kemah Boardwalk, Space Center Houston, or nature and water activities on Galveston Bay. You can also experience Galveston with a 30 minute drive one day and experience the big city of Houston with a 30 minute drive another day. We provide all the necessary utensils for cooking. Coffee, assortment of teas, creamer, butter, salt, pepper and condiments are provided for our daily and weekly guest. A private patio with table and chairs for morning coffee opens into a courtyard for guests. There is a large 43" flat screen TV equipped with ROKU and Xfinity cable in the living room and a 26" flat screen TV in the bedroom. The condo has Xfinity cable and high-speed Wi-Fi and Roku streaming sticks on both TV's for watching TV with Netflix, Hulu and many more channels. The outside amenities at the condo recreation center include a large pool with covered patio, grills, tables and chairs and tennis courts all private for our guest!
