Its location could not be better. A smaller property, it is well managed with exceptional staffing. The room was utilitarian but amply large. It was also very clean. The longer I was there the more I like it. The washer-dryer was a plus. Overall a great value and a great place to stay

The staff was so kind upon our arrival, we left our bags before check in and by the time check-in opened they had already put our bags in our room. There was a place in the "lobby" to fill up your water bottle and they had a free coffee and tea machine that was so helpful in the mornings. They even had a eki stamp! The laundry machine in the room worked amazingly, cleaned and dried the clothes in one go, the room was small but roomy enough to move around and organize your bags. The room was located 5 minutes away (walking) from Shinsaibashi street and about 15 minutes from Dotonburi, and a 10 minute walk from our favorite Cafe, Ourlog. Really close to a few konbini, Lawson, 7/11 and Family Mart were all just a few minutes away. The entrance to the train stations were either 5-12 minutes away depending on where you're going in Osaka.

Location is good and convenient to reach metro stations nearby. Breakfast was fine and filling but fruits needed refilling more often. Convenient to have a washer-dryer in the room.
The rooms were not the cleanest and things are looking ‘well used’ with marks on the walls and battered furniture. At times, staff were not great at communicating, but got the job done nonetheless. Perhaps expecting more for the price being paid.
