- The lack of personal contact .
- Using digital codes etc is very difficult for people with athrose in fingers or with poor eyesight. The property should inform clearly -before booking- that they work only digitally-
- There was no desk or table, a necessary item for most business travellers. (low table did not work)

The location was perfect, 2 tram stops from my client's office
when using the bathroom in room 11, you could hear everything taking place in the room next door for example I was able to hear music very clearly.

Great location, easy and walkable area with restaurant and shops. Very quiet. The apartments are well maintained and with all the necessary utilities. Air condition works great. We were a family of 5 and got the largest apartment with one bedroom and a queen size bed and a queen size sleeping sofa. We were comfortable and happy. Highly recommended. Check in was smooth.
Laundry area is downstairs. Dryer takes for ever and unfortunately didn’t dried the clothes but we were able to hang it inside the apartment and it worked for us.

The location was convenient for our purposes, near the university and a train stop (but not as convenient if you wanted to stay in the city later at night). The restaurants next door were also very friendly. The shower was nice (but a little cramped). And the actual bed was comfy. But...
The very unacceptable part was that the pullout sofa had not been cleaned. We pulled it out to find dirty sheets, pillow and towel! As well as someone's snack left there...after we asked for it to be cleaned, we got a response but no one actually came to clean it during the 4 nights we were there. I hope the hotel will fix this problem for future guests. Even if we did not come as a group of 3, the pullout should always be checked and cleaned between guests.
Other than this, the room was fine.
