We had a wonderful stay !
This property is an absolute hidden gem - we would like to thank you for a lovely stay .Fab facilities - We enjoyed the pool , used the BBQ etc , the villa is well equipped and so spacious .
We explored so many local areas and highly recommend the local toboggan ride - great fun !
An absolute beautiful area - views are stunning :) and big thank you to Silvie who coped with our lack of French - lovely lady :)

Amazing house with everything you need - comfortable, clean, very spacious, a gorgeous balcony with superb views, lovely swimming pool, lovely gardens, the sound of a mountain stream at the end of the garden. Just perfect.
We met the hosts a handful of times as they came in to tend the garden and they were so friendly and helpful.
The surrounding countryside is beautiful. The treks in the locality are out of this world (you will find brochures in the house), the local roads are smooth and twisting - amazing for cycling, lots to see and do in the nearby towns and cities or just stay at home and enjoy the fresh air and sounds of the country.
The best holiday we have had in France and we have been going to different parts of France every year for years and years.

We were overwhelmed with this property. It was lovely.
however the pool and patio area was still under constuction so eventhough we were not able to use the pool the patio area was gorgeous.
Unfortunately one of the reasons we chose this property was having a pool so that was a negative for us.
Also we were a little disappointed that this property was shared and that someone else would be in our space during our stay.
Absolutely loved the area, so much to see think we have fallen in love with Munster a nearby village.
Thank you Sylvia, we enjoyed our stay and overall had a fantastic holiday.

Hospitality and welcome 5*, very clean and spacious. Beds all made up and comfy. Would have like to have know that other people where staying in an gite attached to the villa, but was no problem. It would be good to have a book of instructions and where some of the items where i.e. washing machine. Overall would highly recommend, would definitely go again.

Une merveilleuse parenthèse
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le chalet qui offre un grand confort et une surface conséquente pour que chacun trouve son espace. Il y a de nombreux rangements et une salle de bain avec une baignoire, tout simplement, splendide.
La proximité de diverses stations de ski est un réel confort et il y a également de très belles promenades à faire en raquettes ou ski de fond.
Le seul petit bémol, pour nous, a été que la machine à laver le linge ne soit pas dans le logement.

Indvendigt som udvendigt lever det op til beskrivelsen. Kommende lejere vil få stor glæde af den indendørs pool.
Sylvie er hurtig til at følge op på henvendelser og særdeles hurtig, til at få løst mindre udfordringer.

Besonderes Haus in wunderschöner Lage
Um es vorweg zu nehmen: Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder!
Die ganze Anlage ist einzigartig, die Vermieter freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Hätte es Probleme gegeben, ich bin sicher sie wären prompt gelöst worden!
Also nichts zu meckern? Nichts zu meckern, aber einige Details die man wissen sollte.
Die gesamte Wohnung besteht aus drei Schlafzimmer/Bad Einheiten plus großem Wohnzimmer und gut ausgestatteter Wohnküche.
Highlight ist auf jeden Fall das Schlafzimmer mit Panoramablick ins Tal und Mamorbad (mit goldenen Wasserhähnen) im Obergeschoss. Die beiden anderen liegen im Erdgeschoss, sind auch großzügig und schön eingerichtet mit Blick in den Garten, haben aber den Nachteil, dass der Zugang zu einer der zwei weiteren Ferienwohnungen in dem Haus direkt vor den Fenstern verläuft.
Grundsätzlich kein Problem, führte aber dazu, dass unsere Freunde die meiste Zeit die Vorhänge geschlossen hielten.
Also die Verteilung der Zimmer erfordert entweder große Einigkeit, oder man muss rotieren...
Dazu kommt noch, dass die Zimmer nach hinten raus (also Bergseite und nicht ins Tal wie in dem oberen Zimmer) direkt auf die benachbarte Hundepension weisen. Und Hunde, gerade in Gruppen und fern von zu Hause bellen gerne, viel und auch mal nachts...
Gut, die Entfernung ist ca. 200m, das Nachbargrundstück ist gut eingezäunt, also keine Gefahr!
Aber wer grundsätzlich bei offenen Fenstern schläft könnte in den unteren Zimmern ein Problem haben.
Insgesamt überwiegen aber die Vorteile von Ausstattung, gepflegtem Ambiente, Pool, Lage, Ausblick und mir bleibt nur, mich noch einmal für diese zwei Wochen wunderschönen Urlaubs zu bedanken!

Maison très bien située au sein de verdure, et d'une petite rivière au doux bruit.
L'espace de vie est vaste, bien réparti et très confortable et bien aménagé.
Les propriétaires sont prévenants, à l'écoute, souriants et aimables.
Séjour parfait, qui permet de se ressourcer en toute tranquillité.

Très grand chalet, avec de belles pièces à vivre. 2 ou 3 appartements loués en même temps Dans le chalet mais pas dérangeant.
A 30 mn de nombreux lieux touristiques.
Piscine intérieure en cours de finition donnera un plus à l avenir.

Magnifique découverte
Il s'agit d'une grande villa diplomatique constituée d'un logement principal composé de 3 grandes suites indépendantes. Il y a d'autres logements plus petits qui y sont rattachés, mais les entrées sont complètement indépendantes, et la villa est parfaitement isolée à tous les niveaux, donc aucun souci de voisinage ni d'inconfort lié à la température par exemple. A l'écart du tourisme de masse, le logement a été construit avec des matériaux de première qualité et la literie récente est très confortable. La situation est excellente est permet d'aller à Gerardmer ou à Colmar en 30 min environ. De nombreuses randonnées sont possibles à proximité pour découvrir par exemple les 4 lacs. Ou en voiture, la route des fromages et des vins d'Alsace. Un ruisseau dans le bas et quelques chiens seront les seuls bruits que vous entendrez depuis les terrasses ou en ouvrant une fenêtre (les truites de l'élevage voisin étant silencieuses :-) ), très paisible.
Quand la piscine et le spa en sous sol qui sont en rénovation, seront terminés, cela permettra de partager un moment magique surtout en hiver si la neige est au rendez vous. Nous reviendrons.

Nous avons pu faire quelques belles randonnées avec accès sans prendre la voiture ce qui est très agréable !

Chalet merveilleux
Le chalet a dépassé toutes nos espérances.
Idéalement situé, il offre une vue imprenable sur la vallée de Soultzeren.
La literie est très confortable (les lits faits a l'arrivée est plus qu'appreciable) et le chalet dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer d'excellentes vacances.
Merci a vous Sylvie ainsi qu'à votre mari pour votre disponibilité. Et bravo pour tous vos aménagements.
Nous reviendrons a coup sûr (lorsque la piscine intérieure sera terminée 😉...)

Great time
The house was as shown in the pictures and we had a great time. However, it is not a private residence. The pictures show which part of the house we rented. Above, next to and below us were three other apartments, while the advertise indicated that it was a private house. In addition, the swimming pool is shared with the other guests.

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus angenehme Tage verbracht. Es war für uns nicht ersichtlich, dass der Pool zu gemeinsamen Nutzung mit drei weiteren Ferienwohnungen zur Verfügung steht. Wir glaubten, dass wir ein separates Objekt gemietet hätten, wir konnten uns jedoch mir den anderen Urlaubern gut arrangieren. Die Kūche ist sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Der Kamin ist dafür absolute Spitze. Das Haus ist grundständig gehoben ausgestattet, macht aber einen etwas lieblosen Eindruck.
