This charming 4 bedroom 3 bath Victorian, located at 5 1/2 Bath Avenue, in beautiful Ocean Grove, awaits you. The house is steps from the beach on a quiet beach block (3 doors from the beach) and offers two porches with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Relax on the porch and sip on your favorite beverage while enjoying the sea breeze or walk a few steps to the boardwalk and beach.
Located in the desirable north end of Ocean Grove this house is perfectly located and is a short 5 minute walk to The Stone Pony in Asbury Park. A 15 minute walk to the west over a historic foot bridge takes you to the beautiful and fun filled Cookman Avenue which features some of the finest dining, bars and live music the area has to offer.
While nearby Asbury Park offers the best of night life and day time entertainment, Ocean Grove’s charming and delightful Main Avenue offers several restaurants and shops. (Most restaurants in Ocean Grove are BYO).

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was clean and exactly as described. Beach access was extremely convenient. Ocean Grove main street was very walkable, as was the Asbury Park boardwalk. The property manager was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a family beach getaway.

We absolutely loved our stay in Ocean Grove at Nichols House. The house was clean and beautifully decorated, with lovely touches everywhere. The bedrooms were bright and spacious and the bathrooms all looked newly renovated and updated. The location could not be beat, with views of the ocean from both porches. Raj, the owner, and Allacen, the property manager, were very welcoming and attentive. 10/10! We will definitely be back.

House just as advertised. Lovely interior, very comfortable beds. Everything worked well. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to Asbury Park. Only four houses away from the beach. You could see the ocean from the second floor balcony. We would definitely book here again.

A most marvelous few days at this beautiful Ocean Grove home. Steps to the beach, everything one could possibly need. Highly recommend for a family getaway.
