Nestled in Matthews, this attractive house for $260 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Everlong Residential presents this South Charlotte Getaway. 23x Superhost managed, we pride ourselves on our cleanliness and comfortable beds! Enjoy the entire home in South Charlotte near Matthews! Long or short term stays welcome. Charming, wooded, colonial house in quiet cul-de-sac. Lots of updates, modern amenities, 4 bedrooms/2.5 baths with large deck and fenced in yard. Relaxing living area with large smart TV with Roku for streaming. Big kitchen with breakfast nook & large dining room. This home sits on 1/2 acre cul-de-sac lot in the heart of Charlotte. Just minutes from Cotswold Mall, Southpark Mall, Uptown Charlotte or Matthews. It comfortably sleeps 12 people if you utilize the two provided air mattresses. Driveway parking with overflow onto the street. It is a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Location is wonderful as you can walk to local restaurants, fast food, joints, grocery stores, pharmacies, dry cleaners, banks, movie theaters, nail salons or vape stores. Close to Sportsplex at Matthews and McAlpine Creek Park. The owners live nearby the property for any last minute needs. You will have access to the entire main house and the large, private deck. Garage and driveway in front of garage is for owner use only (guest driveway is to the left of the home). Privacy abounds with keypad entry you can come and go as you please. We live nearby to be able to check in if necessary. Quiet hours between 9pm-8am. Convenient location with groceries/restaurants/shopping less than half a mile away and accessible via neighborhood streets. Near everything! Uptown, Southpark and Cotswold just a quick drive or cheap Uber/Lyft ride. Parking is on the LEFT side of the driveway (or in street) for the main house. The owners use the right side of the driveway to access their home which sits behind the property. This property comes with enough amenities for your stay (assuming you entered the correct # of guests) anything above and beyond what is left is left to the responsibility of the guest. ***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUEST*** We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request. This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability. We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee. • Fridge, freezer, stove, toaster oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, crock pot, and microwave are available for your use. • Two air beds and additional linens are also available. • Walk-in shower in Master. Tub in Shared Hall Bath. •Pots and pans are located in the kitchen. •Crockery and glassware are in the cupboards near the sink. •Cutlery is in the drawers. Positives: Real homey stay for our family for five days, great realtor/host and operations mgr, kitchen well appointed, close to Matthews, convenient to everywhere. Negatives: House is very dark with limited light, and NONE of the 7 of us got a good nights sleep because mattresses were bamboo and fairly comfortable but made a very strange crunching sound like you’re crumbling newspapers every time you moved, all night. They’re probably expensive bamboo mattresses and there’s really nothing the owner can do except remove / replace box springs and mattresses. This was a real serious negative.

We were in town working for the presidents cup. This place was perfect for us! The owners were great communicators and made sure we had what we needed. Everyone was comfortable and the location was close to our job site and a great price! Thank you so much for everything see you next time! Great communicators answered questions in a timely manor. Loved the decor so neat and cool!

We gathered as a group to celebrate my mother-in-law's Birthday. House provided ample living space, seating and parking. Home manager was great at responding to questions and ensuring that everything was going well.

We came to Charlotte for the birth of our grandchild. With the unknown of when he was coming we booked a two week stay. Great communication with the owner, very helpful with massive storms ripping through the area. House was all that we needed.

Just Perfect!

Just Perfect!

Well maintained home in quiet neighborhood but easily accessible to all points of interest. About 20 minutes to downtown CLT and plenty of parks/shopping/etc. in the immediate area. We chose this based on location to be near grandkids and were thrilled at how nice it was to stay here. Hosts took care of any minor issue that arose immediately and were prompt to reply to any questions. Kitchen well stocked with cooking implements and large TV with all streaming services in family room for entertainment.

We have stayed in different vrbo several times and this has been the best we have stayed at. The only complaint is no vents in the restrooms. One of our team got really sick on the trip and it made it a little rough. But let me enforce how great of a stay this is. For the price hands down the best we have had. Better than some homes we rented for double the cost. I’m not typically a reviewer, but this was fantastic.

We have a family of 6 which gets very expensive for hotels not to mention crowded when 3 are teenagers! This was the perfect place for all of us to enjoy our time playing in Charlotte. The location was excellent. We were able to come “home” during the evening and have plenty of space to relax!
