Abdoul (the owner) was very friendly and helpful - give us a local SIM card for internet, organised airport transfer and rent a car for a reasonable price. Its located 5-10 min drive to Kendwa or Nungwi.
Nothing (except that its located next to a mosque and the early morning pray though short, might be noisy).

Persone gentile, pur non essendo vicino alla spiaggia c'è un servizio navetta oppure poco fuori è possibile prendere i mezzi, colazione buona, piscina e ambiente tranquillo lontano dalle solite strutture turistiche, stanza rifatta tutte le mattine
La piscina è stata in manutenzione ma comunque il soggiorno non ne ha risentito avere più frequentemente il servizio navetta non sarebbe male
