Une adresse à retenir

L'accueil est trés chaleureux. le lieu est trés confortable. le petit déjeuner est fabuleux . L 'hôte est trés accueillante. Nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise. C'était parfait.

Charmant et accueillant, j’ai pu vivre le GP à fond !

La maison est charmante, agréable et confortable. En plus, elle était très spacieuse, à proximité d’un arrêt de bus, très bien desservi vers le centre ville et le circuit Bugatti a l’occasion du GP explorer 2. J’ai beaucoup aimé aussi le jardin pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Je recommande vivement.

Marie the host was lovely, and welcoming Location was easy to find and Parking on site was good.

Advertised on booking.com as a self contained apartment private bathroom and toilet, washing machine etc this was not the case. This stay is in side someone's private residence and shared facilities with other guests. Breakfast felt awkward sat at a very large table with strangers.

Le Mans is a beautful old city and our host at the Le mans Bienvenue was very helpful with advice

We had a very nice breakfast in the garden, everything was nicely presented with fresh coffee.

Exactly matched expectations. The accommodation is a couple of miles from the town but that was well known to us.

Not worth the money

The only thing I liked was the garden for my dog

I paid for family room with private bathroom, it was a small room and we had to share the bathroom with other guests. The bed was really uncomfortable and mattress nearly on the floor. The whole place was really dark. At the last minute I was told I had to pay 10 euro for my dog where previously there was no cost for a dog staying. I did not realize this place was a normal family home. Not impressed at all

Superb apartment with views

Proximity to the beach, easy parking. Warm and comfortable apartment with views of passing ferries

Not a problem for us but a shower head bracket would be great. Also low on table knives.

Lovely stay

We booked diner and it was amazing. We ate so much we could barely walk. Very dog friendly. We could use the garden which was very secure. Nice area to walk around. Comfy bed and great breakfast. The hosts where very nice and helpful.

The garden was full of dog poo.

not a good choice for us.

it did not suit us. but that was our fault for not looking carefully at the description.

the two guest rooms share a bathroom and toilet. the rooms themselves are small and our bed was very small. it is in a pleasant suburban street but without character.

A nice stopover.

Maria and her family are nice and a good host. I'm a little bit oc when it comes to cleanliness, but I cannot say anything here. It's very clean and neat. My kids love their dog. We also had a good breakfast.

A fan would be nice most specially in summer days.

Helpful, friendly people! property in a good area 👍

very clean, the hosts were lovely, because we are ignorant English people and our French is only from school we struggled but they really really tried and we got by! breakfast was great, we forgot to put our “clock” forward so was nearly an hour late for breakfast 🙈, they were great about it tho! we were allowed to put our car in the garage, massive plus!! near places to eat, but the host offered us an evening meal, if we were not rushing for an onward journey and spoke some French we should have taken it.

A lovely host, just the right spot to do as much and how you want for your break.

The breakfast was first class, and right on time for us to go out for the day which also included a special cooked meal one morning. The location of the property was just right being so close to the bus service, enabling us to move quickly around Le Mans.

The venue may have benefitted from information such as bus times etc, or web addresses where this type of thing is available. One small item that would make it easier with your space, would be more clothes hangers in what was a lovely big cupboard.
