A very calm and quiet place. Spacious and extremely clean. Great kitchen and sink for cooking your own meals and a very big fridge for a short stay accommodation. The hosts are amazing and very accommodating. They were so kind to allow late check in (mind you this is not a hotel).
Nothing. The location isn’t the best but imo it is better than Nydri and others that are 30 mins+ from lefkada town. Much better than Agios Nikita!

Our stay at Villa on the Sea in Lefkada was absolutely wonderful. The villa is modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking sea views that make every morning and evening special. Its location is perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet only a short drive from Lefkada Town and some of the island’s most beautiful beaches.
The only small issue was the road when exiting the property by car. Visibility is quite limited, which makes it a bit dangerous to pull out onto the road. Installing a traffic mirror at the entrance would greatly improve safety for guests and passing vehicles.

Great host, cleaning staff was awesome, super location, apt is newly renovated and super clean/nice. A bit small for 3 people, but I knew that going in. Perfect for a couple or at most a couple with a young child. For us (2 adults and a teenager) it was a bit tight. But we managed!
Going in and out of the property with the car is tricky. There's not very good visibility going out. One of those mirrors on the opposite side of the street would help A LOT!

We had a very nice stay at the villa on the sea. The location is excellent, just next to the water, which makes it very relaxing and special. The place is new, clean, and well maintained. The host was kind and welcoming, and the area is quiet, perfect for a peaceful stay. Overall, a great place that we would happily recommend.
