The personnel is outstanding. I made a mistake when booking, but the manager was so kind to adapt our booking so that we did not lose any money and were able to enjoy our visit.
Beautiful rooms with terrace, nicely working air condition.
Breakfast amazing, great variety and tasty.
Would be helpful to have a safe in the room.

Very helpful staff, but not 24/7 so we couldn't address all the issues we faced
The open veranda so everyone from the next room could be there and look through the glass. It wold be nice if there is a borderline. Also our AC wasn't working at all, but we discovered it late in the evening so there was no one to assist us. There was no shampoo left for us so had to wah hair with body wash and the room wasn't fully ready by our arrival so we had to wait.
